Alex Tree service did work on my neighbors tree removal, the company was on my property running their big equipment, their machinery on about 80% in one area on my property to get to the neighbors backyard, which impacted my soil greatly about 2 inches deep. Additionally, I have some areas of yellowing of my grass, which I call the company and left message with concerns about this impaction of soil and concern for grass root damage. They did not even respond back to my concerns with a phone call. So I waited a few days to see if I would get any response and I received no response from them. No message left and no numbers listed on my missed calls on my phone. So I call back 3 days later, and I received a condescending tone when I restated my concerns again and I stated some repair ? Aeration needed to be done to help with this impaction, and then more remarks from the company representative stating I’m not a soil expert and don’t know if any damage has been done, then he proceeded to say he thinks there is no damage at all. I stated that I can see at least a 2 inch line of impaction where the equipment drove, again he states I’m no expert in this with an aggressive tone and kept talking over me which upset me. I felt that it turn into an argumentative conversation which I stated that this is poor customer service and no resolution skills at all. I would not use this company due to this kind of response and resolution. So I will call to get estimates and pursue but I’m just a neighbor where this company came onto my property and did cause damage to my lawn and I get treated this way. Throughly disgusted. So now I’m currently watering and fertilizing and now have to get “experts out to get estimates” ….all at my expense and time due to this company not following up!

We can't say enough about Alex's Tree Service and the work they did to remove 4-50+ foot trees from our property. They always showed up on time, did great work, and did an exceptional job of clean-up. They were able to complete the work in a very reasonable time frame and always communicated fully and timely when they could come to do the work. The cost was very reasonable for such professional work. We were truly impressed and would highly recommend Alex's Tree Service.
