  We purchased camp ground admission tickets for Saturday August 6th. ********** was advertised to be the concert for that evening, and we are not the only people who buy the tickets based on the concert that is happening that night. Yesterday they announced that ***** would not be performing and they are replacing him with different artists. Their website states no refunds and lists examples such as weather,Covid or the purchaser deciding not to go. When asked about refunds or even being able to sell your ticket or get money to spend at the venue instead due to this change we simply got the reply of "policy is firm". Also stating that they don't sell "concert tickets" they sell campground admission the concert is free. Many people feel this is a sneaky way to get around this issue as not a lot of people but the ticket to camp and see whoever. They buy the ticket to see who is advertised to play. The rally is in a little over a week, and now we are stuck with a ticket, as many people are, to something that we don't care to go to. And we can't give the ticket to anyone else either.

When you make a reservation you do agree to our no-refund policy. No person can make a reservation for admission into the Buffalo Chip Campground without first checking the box that confirms agreement with the following statement: "I understand that admission purchases are for camping and that there are no refunds at any time for any reason. This includes, for example, if I decide not to attend the event for whatever reason, I do attend and the weather is bad, cancellation of concerts and every other conceivable reason. All sales are final and purchases non-refundable." The fee paid was for campground admittance and camping. Access to all activities within the campground are free of further charges, including the Off-Road Racing, the Gunfest gun show, bike shows, stunts, contests, American Veterans' Traveling Tribute, 100+ vendors, and multiple stages with multiple performances by multiple artists. The complaint is that one hip-hop act cancelled at the last minute, despite the fact that the act was replaced by 4 other acts, including *****, a hip hop act, ********************, ************ and ***************, artists who'd sold more than twice the albums that the cancelling act. The purchase was made with the purchaser's express agreement to withstand the risk should one or more activities be canceled, and made the purchase in advance to avoid higher prices known to be subsequently increased.
