The nursery sent an empty plastic bag with the labeled plant ordered on the bag. Can you believe it. An idiot in shipping labeled the bag and failed to put the product in the bag?? They also do not state they ship rootstock and not plants. This is important as it is more difficult to plant rootstock that will thrive as they are uprooted from their original soil and nutrients.Has not responded to request for replacement. Over priced for the quality. The rootstock was dried out as might be expected. They were not shipped moisturized, i.e., in whetted down paper in the plastic to maintain moisture. My Virginia Bluebell roots arrived yesterday, I planted them and can hardly wait to see what happens with them nexr Spring. The order was filled in very good time and delivery was excellent. Before I ordered I asked a question via e-mail and got the answer the very next a.m. so have a very good impression so far. I also like their website with all the pictures of the plants and the ordering process was very easy. The delivery of the Turk's cap lily rhizomes was fast and packaging was excellent. I plan to plant these in a semi-shaded area as instructed. The rhizomes appear healthy and ready to grow.Review from Carol J
