I wasnt expecting a response until Monday, but to my surprise, ******* replied within the hour. Less than 24 hours later, ******* and his crew arrived at my residence to assess the roof.I explained to ******* that my family resided in the home which was located in *******, but I was coordinating the repairs from *******. He provided thorough communication by sending pictures of the roofs condition and a detailed estimate via ******, which made me feel secure about the transaction.The next morning, I texted ******* to ask what time his team would start the work , and I was delighted to find out that his crew was already on-site and working. During the repair, ******* recommended installing drip edges and the importance of having this material. This information was very helpful because I recently had several areas of damaged wood replaced due to water damage. Trusting his expertise, I agreed, and he promptly sent a new invoice and personally picked up the necessary materials for installation.The entire project was completed within one day, and ******* followed up by calling me and sending final photos of the finished work. I am thoroughly impressed with ******** professionalism, prompt communication, and quality of service.
