    Range USA sold me a Ruger pistol with a cracked firing pin.When informed an employee shrugged and said "Well it was marked down for a reason, bud"Selling a KNOWN FAULTY firearm and being 100% unapologetic about it is disgusting, reckless and no way to run a business.

    On Saturday, July 15, 2023 Range USA located at ************************************************************************** sold me a DEFECTIVE GLOCK (Serial Number ******** that would not fire properly. The firearm was not taken from the store after the purchase. The weapon continued to JAM while used at Range USA shooting area on Saturday, July 15, 2023. The issue was brought to ****************, store manager, attention. He came to the shooting area to test the Glock. It jammed on him as well. Next, he oiled the weapon and stated it would have to be shot to fix the problem. Why was the weapon sold if there was a problem with it? The weapon cost $646.54. **************** refused to REFUND my money or EXCHANGE it. His nonchalant response was we would have to take the "l" loss. He did not adhere to the business' return policy. According, to Range USA return policy, I should have been issued a full refund minus 10% restocking fee since the firearm didn't leave the store. All exchanges are considered a return and will be processed that way. I should have been issued a refund allowing me to purchase a new order. I am requesting that someone in the corporate office contact me and I be given a partial store credit.

    On the day of 04/28/2020 I made an online purchase using my debit card from said entity/business, I waited for item to be delivered bro store, a few days go by I receive notice that the item has arrived I made my way from my station to the business to pick up my item and it was an item that was not pictured that I payed for I immediately denied acceptance and requested a refund in which the store personnel informed me I have to request via online I did that very moment while in store. I received notice that The order was canceled and it would be 5-7 business days to day is the 7th business day and I have not received my refund,
