            After a couple interactions and generously receiving a couple hundred dollars of software just because I am disabled all I can say is that this company has the right attitude. All I have to say is thanks Again for being generous and so quick to respond, if only every company treated their customers as good as you do!

            I very much appreciate the owner's personal buy-in to his client's needs and his kindness in helping me solve a serious computer/software problem and get my business back up and running!! Recently my computer had crashed, taking my voice recognition software with it and he provided detailed step-by-step instructions for a rather involved process with some critically needed information to get things properly restored and my business back fully operational. He is internationally renowned for his knowledge and expertise in the speech recognition world, and he has consistently helped me with my needs and concerns in this realm for over 20 years now. Can't go wrong in working with KnowBrainer!

            I would this company at all costs. The owner is an absolute jerk. I purchased a product through them and they would not honor the purchase. Extremely unprofessional in his email correspondence.

            I've been practicing 40 years, and the ONLY reason I still can is because I use Knowbrainer and Dragon to do the EMR. Docs from my era were not good typists. I still love the program and remain a loyal customer. Besides, I can always count on Lunis to be there to answer my queries and issues. In this day and age, consistency and customer service is paramount. He exemplifies that quality.

            I have used Dragon NaturallySpeaking since 1997 and am greatly dependent upon this evolving technology for my work as a management consultant. I have always looked to Lunis and KnowBrainer as the worldwide expert in speech recognition software and hardware. As a non-technical person, I have gained a lot of knowledge from his website Forum for well over a decade. I most recently dealt with Lunis this weekend on a complex Dragon NaturallySpeaking problem that two subject matter expert IT advisors have been unable to remedy in the past year. Despite my laptop a little more than old, I was ready to replace it. Lunis professionally, courteously and efficiently identified “the culprit,” fixing the problem in under 40 minutes - saving me multiple thousands of dollars and time with purchasing a new laptop, hardware, installing software, re-entering passwords, etc. Lunis, my utmost compliments to you on your excellent customer service over the years.

            Further to my August 30, 2023 BBB review, Lunis stands fully behind the hardware and software that he sells. Based on favourable comments from the KnowBrainer Users' Forum and Lunis' personal recommendation, I have been using the new dictation headset that I purchased from KnowBrainer several weeks ago. Despite living in rural and remote Vancouver Island, British Columbia, this new hardware arrived five calendar days after Lunis shipped it from rural Tennessee... amazing... The new headset offers unparallel accuracy, ease of use and comfort. Rather that a further service call to install the hardware and associated software, Lunis provided me with intuitive instructions. It has been an all around certainly positive customer experience dealing with Lunis and KnowBrainer.

            I have been working with Lunis for many years as I use Dragon Medical Practice Edition. Lunis is ALWAYS available for assistance with the program. There is no problem with voice recognition that he can't fix. He and his company are absolutely amazing.

            I have been ordering from KnowBrainer for many years. Lunis is the most knowledgeable person I know regarding Dragon and the equipment needed to make it run most efficiently. He will spend as much time as necessary answering any questions. I will only buy from KnowBrainer.

            I would like to say that I just purchased a couple of products from him, and as I just replied, you really don't know who you're dealing with on the other end. In most cases, it's someone who's just been dabbling in this for a few years at best. Lunis has several decades developing his work and knowledge base. When you're dealing with him, you're dealing with an expert.

            I'm writing to express my sincere appreciation to Lunis O***** from KnowBrainer. This review is long overdue. Several years ago, Lunis spent over two hours on the phone with me on Sunday afternoon navigating and ultimately solving a technical problem with Dragon NaturallySpeaking. This kind of dedication and passion is something that I rarely see. I have been using Dragon NaturallySpeaking for over 20 years- since 2002, and I have been using KnowBrainer software since 2007. Lunis, and the company he founded and built is in a league unto itself. Nobody even comes close. To my knowledge, no other company has been at the forefront with this kind of availability and technical knowledge, guided by pure passion, when it comes to speech recognition software as Lunis and his company. Over the years, I have probably spent 50 hours on the phone with this man. Look no further. ***** **** , MD
