    Subcooling Services was OUT STANDING. ******* the tech was very knowledgeable, explained 2 ************ of what my issue was with my Maytag Washer and repaired the problem. Im requesting from my warranty company2 only send out Subcooling if I need any service/repairs. GREAT JOB??*. ********????

    came out august 18 and appliance still broke they also broke the door **** and i called for update the lady that answered sound like she was sleep and stated they would call me back and i still havent received call and items still broke !!!

    This is the most incompetent company I have ever worked with in my life. All I needed was a microwave install. We schedule an appointment, the day comes, they dont show up, I call, they say I never had an appointment. We have been doing this for 2 months. One time they said they were on their way to repair the microwave, I reminded them its an install. They of course couldnt come because it takes 2 technicians, they promised to call right back and reschedule. No call. Today they were supposed to come out. Got an email this morning saying theyve rescheduled me for 8 days from now. Do yourself a favor and run from these people. They are rude and lie over and over again.

    This is a horribly ran business which is owned by someone named ***********************. I wish I would have looked them up on BBB before I agreed to allow the home service company to send them out for my refrigerator repair. Ready for this? A tech from Subcooling Services came out to analyze my non-working ice maker. He said it would take 2 weeks to get the part and that someone would call within the week to schedule a second service call. No one called, so I did. I waited fourteen days from the techs first visit for him to come back. The tech arrives with someone he identified as his manager (I assume it was ***********************). Now, the tech tells me he left the correct part in his OTHER truck and that we would need to reschedule. He specifically said that he had the part, but because his manager was riding with him this day, he grabbed the wrong part out of his own truck. Fast forward, I see that this was a lie to just buy more time. He said that someone would call me from the office to reschedule, so I waited. Again, no phone call from anyone. I called within the same week and was told (by ****) the part was NEVER ordered. (Hunh? Whose on first?) She said she would order it and advised that it would take a few days to get it. Now its 33 days from the techs second visit and this time it is a complete no show! I waited from ****pm plus another hour before I finally gave up. **** from the office calls me at 7pm to say the tech will not be able to make it. Hearing the frustration in my voice, she offered an explanation saying that there was a lot going on behind the scenes. She advised that people were quitting because it was hot and a lot of other things were happening. But my repair is not in the sun. Its just installing an ice maker in a refrigerator which is located inside of a home. She then talks me into rescheduling for the next work day. The next day comes and I learned they turned it back over to the home warranty company. After 45 days I have nothing repaired. Wow!
