    worst dealership a person could waste their time at. I bought a van from them about a year ago from them, within that year the motor had to be replaced due to numerous problems, but BBB only gives you 2000 characters to use. The car was in the shop for a total of something close to 70 days of the time I’ve had it. Their warranty covered my motor but they will not give you a loaner or pay for a rental and I have a large family so renting a 3rd row costed us over 4k. When I got my vehicle back 6 weeks later I checked the fluids about a day or 2 after getting it back and it had no oil in it along with the coolant being completely black and basically water from what take 5 showed me. But I did a coolant flush and an oil change, then about a week later the check engine light comes on again and I take it to get diagnosed and it’s the cam shaft, we take it to friendship 3 weeks later because we couldn’t get in contact with anyone so we showed up in person and get charged another $200 and told it’s be cleaned, which it shouldn’t have any issues considering it’s supposed to be a new engine. And my wife and I leave a review which I hardly ever do but this was absolutely terrible. I’m not sure how they stay in business, if only the people writing google reviews could look here first. Not to mention my wife left a review and they send this lady named Kelly to be their PR “specialist” when in the entirety of our business with them we’ve never spoke nor met this woman, yet she feels confident enough to tell us about what’s been done with our vehicle. I highly advise anyone stay as far as they can from this place. I’m sure they’ll respond telling us “we did all we can, Dallas really worked at getting you a warranty on your vehicle” I only had the van for 60k miles by the time this happened and I had multiple repairs and work done within that year. But don’t be fooled, if they respond, I will too. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

    This dealership lied non stop about everything that came out of their mouths. I called about a car they had went down and bought it the next day after test driving it. I told them before doing the paperwork that they needed to get some floor mats for it since I was spending $36,000 on a used vehicle and they agreed but ended up cutting me a check that I recieved months later in the mail that didn’t even cover the cost of the mats. I asked about another key when I saw that they were only giving me 1 and was told it would be $150 at the most ended up being $550 off the website they told me to go to. Was then told that they would set me up an appt. at their dealership to get one made and then on the day of the appt that my wife took off a day of work for they told us we would be paying for it and it would be $350. They failed to put a front tag mount on the car which is required in the state I live in. They threatened to repo the car because my wife opened an account instead of me with the credit lender when I told them that she was the one opening the account in the first place. They also lied saying I would save money opening the account with ECU (the credit lender) through them which I got borderline harassment emails calls and texts over and threatening to repo the car because they hadn’t saw where I did in fact open the account 2 of them in fact. The absolute worst buying experience I’ve had to date! And I don’t need the dealerships reply giving another excuse they need to be held accountable!

    They switched the bid sheets on my 2023 Santa Fe. I didn't look closely during finance, but the price was higher than the bid sheet I signed. People should never deal with this company!!

    Harold, I am sorry you feel this way we try very hard to explain all aspects of the deal and work sheets to our customers. The advertisement you saw on 2023 Santa-Fe for $34986 already had all the Discounts and Rebates taken off. The price you got on the car you purchased was a much better deal and very competitive so we could earn you business. Please allow us to go over the paperwork

    This place made me spend a day off and an hour and a half drive to their place to look at a car they sent me the information on all to get there and have someone walk in the door and sell it out from under me. Their word is ***** I wouldn’t go to this place if it was the last dealership in America. They don’t care about you, they care about getting a sell. I called back and ask to speak to the GM and never got a call. They are cowards and try to avoid you when they know they screwed you over. Don’t fall for them. You are better to go somewhere else!

    We apologize that the you felt the vehicle got sold out from under you.  We generally ask customers to agree to numbers and leave a deposit if they want to secure vehicle.  Was that option offered to you?  Which dealership were you dealling with?  My data base doesn't show you were at my dealership, Friendship Ford Bristol.   Look forward to your response.

    Received a Mopar Happy 4th of July flyer, showing from Friendship Cryslar Dodge Jeep Ram 3193 W State St Bristol Tn 37620-0161, shows service hours. Flyer is for 3 Synthetic Blend Oil Changes for $70.00. Took vehicle to the dealership and was informed they are not a participating dealership for this offer (it says in the very fine print), this is what she pointed to. It has their name all over it, they should be required to honor it if their name is on it. Be very leery buying from this dealership.

    The mailer received by the consumer was not from the dealership it was actually sent from MOPAR/Stellantis (Chrysler,Jeep,Dodge,Ram the manufacture) The mailer is a generic mailer from the factory and states on the mailer that it's for "Participating Dealers Only". We do in fact offer the customer the same calculated discount as the mailer states but they are responsible for the difference.

    I took my car for service 6 months ago for service that was covered under warranty told me they could not fix the issue and after calling the customer service I was told they could and today they said it was not covered. The worst customer service ever! Every time I take it they say they will check it next time.
