    Made a purchase of an range belt in July of 2024, it's now almost December 2024 this is way over the 12 week lead time,I've sent about 4 emils for various reasons, and haven't gotten a response.

    Placed an order for a back pack. Had a free gift with the order. Dont even remember what it was. I have purchased 3 other items from them in the past. Nice s*** I ordered in May/24. As of 11/24 I have not got a reply to 4 emails starting in sept. Website said 4 to 6 weeks. Guess Im beat out of my money. Thanks I really appreciate it!

    On May 4, 2023 I ordered a nylon firewood carrier from Original SOE tactical. This order had a special offer of a "Star Wars" themed utility bag as an incentive item to make an order. I paid a total of $84.99 including shipping. I have not received either item to date. I have contacted the company four times since making the order. I received responses to two of my inquiries. The last response from the company on December 17, 2023 via email states, "As soon as the free items made this will all ship. Free 65 dollar bags take a while when there are 1000;s of orders that use the codes." I am willing to accept just the firewood carrier as this point and have written that to the company via email. I have made two other purchases from the company and find their quality to be good. I don't know what is causing the problem in this case, but I would just like to get the firewood carrier or, if that is not going to happen, I would like a refund of the $84.99 that I have paid. Thanks for the opportunity to express my concerns and request.

    This transaction started on 09/24/2023 and I paid a total of $68.50 for a black belt from them. Product name is EDC Belt Without Velcro Lining - Size 26" to 34" - Black / Black / 32" The webpage listed an estimated timeframe of **** weeks. 12/17/2023 would have been the 12 week **** and I still have not received the product nor have they responded to my 2 emails sent on 12/13/2023 and 12/15/2023. I would like the product shipped or canceled and refunded so it does not ruin the Christmas present idea.

    I ordered a belt from this company on May 29th 2022. I have reached out but cant get in contact to figure out why I havent received or heard when belt was shipped or even if its been made. I would like a full refund.

    I ordered a belt on 5/18/22 with a lead time of between **** weeks. I recieved a pretty standard Order Confirmation email which had a sales number attached. 13 weeks later I recieved no word about my order so I check to see if I can check my order status via a link/hyperlink in my Conf. Email and their website for a way to check an order, only to find nothing useful. I emailed **************** 3 weeks ago, but haven't recieved any response and still no update on my order. After reading similar reports made here, I can see why

    A week after I submitted my complaint I recieved a shipping confirmation for my order from SOE. Shortly afterwards I recieved a package with my order inside. No one had bothered to reach out to me but since I have finally recieved my order, my complaint is fairly redundant and I would like my complaint to be considered resolved. Complaint #17937029
