see attached I am a student at Chattanooga State Community College on ******** *** in Chattanooga, TN. During 2004-2007 I was attending classes at the ****************** location 5 days a week and earned over 500 credit hours in Business classes and business technology. Upon re-applying post graduation of both schools w recognition & awards of achievement towards an associated (or other) college degree, my time, energy, and academics are no longer in the Chattanooga State computer data base & I was told there is no archive. This is stolen records & intellectual rights. My records also keep changing & I was scammed by the college website for a TN Ecampus class & my GPA isn't calculated correctly. I was a 3.5 GPA student.

I met the student who has filed this complaint on 2/8/2024 after she stated her transcripts were inaccurate and had missing periods of enrollment. I have worked with several members of my team including the Registrar, Director of Enrollment Services, and Director of Financial Aid to look into this assertion. We have reviewed our student information system, our document management system, our financial aid records, and the federal National Student Clearinghouse database. We found no additional college enrollment records for this student other than what was printed on the Chattanooga State Community College transcript issued to her. The student can request additional official copies of those transcripts here: *******************************************************************************

One possibility that might have created confusion is Chattanooga State Community College's former Sequatchie-Bledsoe instructional site was at one time leased by the ******* ****** ********** ******* *** ********** ******. I would recommend the student reach out to them regarding her transcripts. They may be able to shed some light on this request as they maintain records for their students: **************************************

I reached out to financial aid for assistance. They were very rude and disrespectful. The situation could have been handled on a more professional level. I feel they didn't care enough to do their job. Also demanding I pay out of pocket instead of trying to find a solution to help is beyond insane. There was definitely defamation of character. I've never been disrespected by a school in such a manner.
