If I could leave less I would. Get there with my party, 2 people not there but 5min away. We pay for parking and go in...no where does it state the entire party must be present....they REFUSE to seat us...and tell us they don't care if we spend our money there they will not seat until entire party is present. This is at 3 in the afternoon and the place is dead so it isn't like they were busy. Rude and unprofessional and the vile hateful woman who said scottie would side with her anyway should be fired.

The worst experience ever. When we walked into Scotties on the River and we didn’t receive a warm reception at all. It was like the music stopped when we walked in, very tense and obvious we were from a different city and the company many need some diversity and inclusion training on how to treat minorities. We were told it would be 45 min to an 1 hour. We asked if we could wait in the restaurant since it was cold and they did not offer. They called us and it was loud so we didn’t hear the phone; when I noticed a miss call I said we are sitting in your view why didn’t you alert us our table was ready. Alexis A******* stated very rudely she gave our table up and they do not text and we told you that already. I said I do not recall that. She stated like I’ll let you know when the table is ready, very dismissive and unapologetic. I asked why she was speaking like that, we have been waiting for a while and a simple wave would let us know our table was ready we were feet away from their host stand. She stated because she was an adult and I can speak how I like and everyone was waiting for a long time very confrontation and aggressive. As a business owner and corporate professional, I told her I refuse to go back and forth and will take my business else where and I would report her unprofessional behavior. One of her colleagues flicked some paper in my hair and they laughed. I took their business cards and will alert the owner Scottie B***** of their unprofessional, disrespectful and childish employees. When I asked for a manager Alexis lied and said she was manager when she is a coordinator. I cannot fathom how someone could treat people like this and remain employed. I will continue to share this horrible experience. My hope is that the business and staff would treat everyone with professionalism, hospitality and respect no matter their race.
