    We canceled our membership back in February 2023, but apparently they did not fully cancel the membership at our request, only part of it. We missed this on our credit card statement as several months went by. In August 2023 we went back and they created new memberships in our names. From August 2023 to January 2024 they were double charging us for memberships. In December 2023 I realized we were being over charged and attempted to cancel our memberships. I was not able to cancel our memberships until a month later. They stated now the only way to cancel your membership is through their website. The website will confirm your cancellation only to find out it was not canceled. I had stopped by the business multiple times, I have attempted to contact corporate through emails and phone calls with no luck. I have talked with fellow co works who have had the same issue with cancelations and if you read most of their negative reviews on ****** it is the same issue. We are out over $700! I can provide account info and charge dates if needed.

    My wife and son signed up for a membership (membership #'s ********* and *********) that automatically deducts the charges from our bank account. We decided that we no longer had time to go so we submitted an online cancelation form in October of 2022 since it is very difficult to get anyone to answer the phone at the location. The next month(Nov.) we were charged again, so we submitted another form, the following month(Dec.) we were charged again. We decided to go by the store and talk to the manager ****** ******* that promised she would get the charges to stop and escalate the claim to corporate for the refund. She said to expect an email within the next week. A month went by with no follow up and we were charged again. We emailed Ms. ******* but got no response. We went back to the store and someone else helped and they did stop the future charges, but never received the refund. We went by the store several more times to talk to the manager, emailed corporate, and called the store with no resolution. We would like to request a refund of the unauthorized charges of $222.82 for October($55.71), November($55.70), December($55.70), and January($55.71).

    I have tried multiple times to cancel my membership to defy jump park. They have told me numerous times that all have been canceled and my card is off file but they have charged me multiple times in six months. I've tried talking to people and no one responded or can be reached in person. I need someone to help me stop them from charging my card. This is very rude and unethical to charge someone that has canceled memberships. Here are the dates and charges they charged me after I had already canceled. Dec 24, 2022 21.29 Nov 24, 2022 21.29 Oct 24, 2022 21.30 Oct 09, 2022 21.29 Attached is a message my wife sent to the membership director about us canceling. All I want is my money back and for them never to charge my card again.

    We have contacted the customer to let him know we cancelled all memberships under his name and have processed a refund for the charges from Oct-Dec, 2022.
