    Since April 2023, I have emailed Mr. *********************** three times, asking Planet Fitness ***************** ** to stop charging my credit card, for a homeless Planet Fitness guest named ********************* who moved to VA and has no intentions of using Planet Fitness.The problem is, my credit card has been receiving requests for payment, and I have signalled Mr. *********************** that this is fraudulent, and asked him to remove my credit card. Thank you!

    I attempted to sign up for three accounts, for myself, my husband, and my son. When I was filling mine out my phone died so my son helped me a second time but he only put one of my last names so it made two accounts for me. I asked the extra account be closed and was guaranteed it would be. It was not closed and the manager I spoke to in person denied talking to me. I was told Planet Fitness gives no refunds. I'm out $52 for a startup fee and $10 monthly fee (so far).

    I canceled my membership to this location of planet fitness in May of 2019 as I was not using it and getting ready to move to Montana and thought noting more of it. Today I saw a charge from planet fitness on my bank statement and got curious about it. I looked through all transactions from and and saw that I was charged and refunded three times in the month of May 2019 when I had cancelled my service and every single month since that date. I kicked myself for not noticing this before but went to a local planet fitness to cancel the membership. They told me that I couldn't cancel from this location and only the location I started the membership. I call the location in Clarksville TN to cancel it. The lady on the phone told me that I had a past due amount from May of 2019 and she wouldn't cancel my membership until I paid this amount and that there was no record of me canceling my membership that month. She told me that I would continue to be charged monthly by them until I paid the last due amount. I have been charged over $700 by this company for a membership that I canceled and will continue to be charged until I pay them more money. I initially just wanted the me never shop canceled but have become more upset about this as I keep hitting roadblocks to cancel and now feel as though I was truly wronged by this company and have been being charged when I never should have been. if there is anything you could help me with on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you If needed I will upload screenshots from my bank account showing the charges that I have been charged.

    I went to switch my billing account and they would not let me (X-XX-XXXX). They said that technically I did not have a contract but the documentation states that I agreed to pay monthly. When I asked if I could cancel, she stated no and that I would keep getting billed even though my membership is no longer active. She stated that I could not cancel until I paid my balance ($******) and that I would keep being billed. Why am I being charged for a membership that is no longer active?!
