I went to the ER on 08/27/24 having symptoms of a heart attack. I was taken back and the nurse did an EKG, lab work, and IV. I was sent back to the waiting room and waited 5 hours to get called back in to repeat lab work. Found out that my troponin was elevated, indicating a sign of a heart attack. The troponin test was redone and went from 7 to 8. I was discharged to go home with no medication and a heart rate of 103 when I got home. I have had 2 previous heart attacks and this is the worst treatment I have ever received! I worked for your facility when it was ******* ******* ****** and would not refer any patients there after my experience yesterday. My previous heart attack I was in the cath lab within 2 hours. I was there from 8:45 am to 4:15pm and never was called into a room other than one in the middle of the waiting room that said office. I worked there long enough to know the HIPAA privacy laws. Patients were getting registered in the waiting room. I heard dob, name, ss# and address of many patients. I would like a response back ASAP.Review from Muzette H

Tennova healthcare hospital is the Worst hospital I’ve ever been to. I was having muscle spasms and the staff act like it was normal. They ignored my cries for help. When this guy did come in he acted like I was an alien or something. I asked him to put on a glove and feel my ankles but he didn’t. One female nurse called my nurse over the intercom saying bed 20 the room I was in is hallucinating. How dare she say that about me while in pain.Review from Vickie S

Tennova Healthcare hospital, called the security guards on me because I asked for a supervisor. I made an appointment for, 4/18/24 and they said they didn't have me on that date. After checking, and making me wait for almost an hour, they came back with a date I didn't make, 4/23/24. I already have appointments on this date with other doctors. I request to see a supervisor to report this and I was told by the receptionist in the back that someone in my house is making my appointments. I said I live alone, this woman repeated this # 3 times before I said, thank you for your time and walk out. I didn't know they had called the security guard until I was outside, when I asked them were they looking for me, they didn't even know who they was looking for. I explained what happened and they gave me the name to, Risk Management (Nina J******) and then said, they should have never been called for this. The guards name is, Jeremy.Review from Mya J

If I could give 0 I would they killed my mamaw and wouldn’t give us any of her jewelry back.. they are the worst place in the world to go and if your a dr there you obviously don’t meet the criteria to be a real doctor. Needs to be shut downReview from Teresa R

The ER overflowing with patients and didn’t seem like there were enough doctors working. I went in for severe left side pain and was ignored even though I was screaming in pain. They did an xray and CT and said it must just be a pulled muscle. They sent me out of the ER screaming in pain. The horrible discharge window person was completely disrespectful and patronizing, yelling at me over my screaming with pain. People like her should not be allowed to work with the public. Just because I was going home didn’t mean I was not in pain. Disrespectful at its finest! Once I am able to heal on my own since the ER didn’t do anything for my pain, I’m going to have a face to face with her and the CEO. Crappy service from a crappy ER.Review from Tomecia T

I wish I could leave no stars. On Sunday, December 4, I came into the emergency room around 9 o’clock with problems breathing. They brought me back gave me a shot of some thing, took an x-ray and sat me out in the waiting room until 2:30 AM. I asked if there was an update with my case and all I got was that I had a gas. So I left the hospital and went home treating symptoms for gas. I never got better so I went to the VA hospital in Nashville and my gallbladder was the issue. This ER absolutely sucks. The doctors do not care about the patients. The triage priorities are not done the way that they should be and everybody in there is just rude, not to mention the facility itself is gross. They never clean the waiting room. They never clean any of the rooms that you’re waiting in. This ER needs to be revamped and new people need to come in….caring people need to come in. This is the second incident that I’ve had with Tennova.Review from Jana Y

*****: Yes, please help... My baby can't breathe! He's just gasping! And he's had a fever for 3 days. Tennova ED: We got you, Fam, for realz... This here's your basic Croup, yo. Here's a breathing treatment. Be Smoove. ******* ~4 days later~ *****: We can't break this fever and cough. We took him to the ED and .. Pediatrician: Say no more. It's likely pneumonia by now, but we're going to test the sputum. Let's get a STAT chest X-ray, steroids & an antibiotic. I'm certain there's something bacterial since it's hanging around so long. ******* ~Next AM~ Pediatrician: You have a very sick little boy. Get a pen & paper... Here's what's going on: RSV, Flu-A, Strep & Moraxella in the lungs, not ears. You've done a great job of caring for him if this has gone on for a week. He could've been hospitalized for that much. ************************************************** Y'all - I have NEVER said this, though everyone around me has said it since I moved here: They are an absolute joke. There's good employees, I know that. Just like every other place. But in general, they are held to zero standards & are lacking in ability. If it were anything other than an EMERGENT breathing issue, I'd risk going anywhere but there.Review from Ocean D

WORST HOSPITAL EVER!!!!! Disrespectful, grimy, rude, entitled nurses, doctors and physicians. They do absolutely nothing to help patients, do not care if your throwing up, running a fever, or bleeding you WILL NOT GET A ROOM!! They talk to you like you have no sense, they constantly lie to you, call security if you even speak up about time you’ve spent there or if your being hurt by one of the nurses! Talked to a supervisor SEVERAL TIMES TO ONLY HAVE THEM SPREAD MY COMPLAINT TO THE ONES THERE IN CONNECT WITH AND NOTHING EVER GETS DONEReview from Janet E

Bad service. Begins in long time to check in for appountments. Can xheck in hour before appt. tume and will get to your appt. past scheduled time. Clinics, doctors all blame one another or their system on can't get information such as irders and test to one another. Don't have enough soecialized staff so after months waiting fir your appt. may end up calling you have to reschedule up to several times. Will not call you back for weeks if do at all. Not patient friendly at all and when call to complain staff says dob't bkane youthat you can go to ********** in Nashville. Wow that's a hospital. Onlt hear all bad whenever Tenniva is mentuoned anywhere. Why doesn't a ciry the size if Clarksville have more then one hospiral xhouce ? At least it shoykd have a large well staffed and run one.
