Last month I purchased a 2021 Toyota Camry Vin:***************** from Wyatt Johnson Toyota in Clarksville, Tennessee, and encountered a significant issue with wind noise emanating from the passenger's side of the vehicle once it surpasses 45 miles per hour. I discovered this when I drove the vehicle over 45 mile per hour one day after I purchased the vehicle. I could not hear the wind noise during the test drive because it wasn’t driven over 45 miles per hour. Despite bringing this problem to the dealership's attention, the dealership did not adequately addressed it, leaving me to deal with the repairs independently. I was told to just put baby oil on the passenger's door rubber seal. This situation is particularly frustrating given my expectations for a better experience from the dealership. I did not think I would be spending so much time and money trying to get this fixed. Based on my experience I would not advise anyone buy a vehicle from this dealership. I can't believe this dealership would treat a United State Army Veteran like this. I feel used and cheated.

We bought a 2022 *** Sierra. At about 30 to 40 miles per hour the truck jerks and misses. Took it to the dealership they test drove it and felt the same thing. They ran some test on it and couldn't find nothing wrong with it but knows it's not right. They sent the data to someone else, still after 4 weeks we have a new truck that jerks and misses. We spent our hard earned money and still no answer.

Setting aside the fact that they pressure me into adding unnecessary work onto my vehicle if my husband isn't with me whenever I bring it in for my 6 month service, I'll only complain about my most issue. I ran over a piece of concrete on the interstate that damaged my transmission. We got it towed home, then towed to a shop in our insurance network but they couldn't do anything for us. We contacted Wyatt Johnson and told them our situation. They told us to tow our car to them so they can run a diagnostic and take photos for insurance. Tow company kept calling to tell us they were being denied ability to drop car in their lot. After several days, we three-way call Wyatt Johnson and our insurance to find out what's going on. They claim that they can't do anything for body damage. We and our insurance company say the damage is to the transmission, not the body. We're then told that, regardless, they won't take it. We say we just need the diagnostic and photos for insurance to start paying and we can find another shop for transmission replacement. They still refused. We find a shop in town that can help us. The next day, Wyatt Johnson calls telling us they can do the service, they were only worried we would abandon our vehicle on their lot. We told them we have it handled, and they'll never get our business again. I love Toyota vehicles but I absolutely hate this dealership.

I drove 60 miles from Dickson to get my car fixed or at least find out what's wrong with it they charged me $600 just giving me codes. Only diagnostic work, told me I needed a new battery for 265.00. Then told me they saved me 400.00 as they didn't finish diagnostic work because I needed new battery. No work to actually fix my car was done.
