    ordered a Goulds union for a resiboost pump from there only company Pump parts USA. The union came late and I had to buy one locally. when it finally did show up. I called and tried to return the part un opened in its original box. got the runaround many calls and emails latter. I was told they wont take it back even UN-opened. Due yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

    Their online platform has no picture and I assumed that it was the correct tank but I had called them and they said it was the one I ordered. When I got the tank it was not the right one and was damaged so I did not accept the tank and it was sent back. It was sent to different location that was I guess a warehouse. And the one I wanted was discountined so they sent me a different version without my authorization . And I have been waiting for months for them to refund my money, and they have been giving me the runaround and the other day customer service has told me they have sent the money but still has not come to my bank it has been over a week. They should have given the refund when they got the tank back but still waiting, wish I had never ordered anything from them .

    These people are rip off artists. Have problems with brand new Amt pump and after lies and no responses found out from manufacturer SWS is famous for this. 600$ pump useless. Pump manufacturer would warranty the pump but sws will not send email to manufacturer stating I did purchase this pump???! Nothing but run around from these pos at Southern Water Service in Tenn. word wise these people will screw you even when manufacturer will help. Why is the question. This pos company actually chewed out manufacturing tech support for providing info on how to receive warranty repairs. SWS would not have any dealings with the repair or even touch it. Only sadistic people do this things.

    We follow all manufacturer warranty procedures and facilitate repairs, refunds, or replacements based on the manufacturers' findings. We have been in business for 18 years. We sell approximately $10 million worth of pump products each year and well over 99% of our customers are very happy with our products and service.

    That’s a big lie as I can attest to. Even manufacturing people told me how these people are. I’m not only 1% I hope these fold up let someone do real customer service.

    ordered a pump online it looked to me that it was in stock 5 days later I was told it be another 3 weeks I tried to cancel order & was told they would charge 10% that's over $100.00 argued the point & they took it down to .05% so they got $50.00 from us for doing absolutely nothing

    We're so sorry for the worldwide supply chain shortages causing longer than usual lead times and causing some items to not even be available for purchase at all. If we could fix them we would. Our website does not specify any item as being in stock. It does, however, specify if something is available for purchase and suggest that customers call to check availability and lead time for any item before purchasing. Our terms and conditions are presented and must be agreed to before a purchase can be made. Those terms and conditions very clearly and in bold letters state there will be a 10% cancellation fee for any order canceled before it ships. During the order process we incur uncoverable expenses. As soon as an order is entered, we incur a payment processing fee that we cannot recover any of even when we refund the payment. in addition to that payment processing fee, we incur employee expenses, and with some orders. we incur cancelation fees from the product manufacturers. It would be great if supply chains were similar to previous years. It would be great if we did not incur unrecoverable expenses once a customer places an order and have to impose a cancelation fee. Unfortunately, neither of those is the case so we have to charge the cancelation fee. Given the current economic conditions, we generally reduce the fee to 5% if possible as a way of sharing the cost with customers. Most customers understand that, but sometimes customers agree to a 10% cancelation fee and then get mad about even a 5% fee if they actually cancel the order. We are very honest about it upfront, we do not list stocking status online at all so there is no way something says it's in stock, and we suggest calling or emailing to check availability before ordering. There's not a whole lot more we can do, and it is disheartening and sad when after all that, some customers try to attack us with bad reviews.
