            My tech from Choats HVAC was timely and thorough in the **** inspection of a home I was looking to purchase. Following the inspection he went over his finding in detail showing me photos to document his findings. He also provided an estimate to replace the deficiencies he found. I have no reservations in recommending this tech or Choats HVAC if you are in need of a competent and thorough inspection of your HVAC system(s).

            We needed to replace our toilet from the standard 14 to a tall one due to a leak issue. We are Fam Plan members and are used to and expect the exceptional level of service from Choates. ****** ***** came and surveyed the area, gave us options to choose from in concert with a project manager on the phone. We selected the one we wanted and ****** went to pick it up at their supplier and came back to install it. He was very thorough and professional. We highly recommend Choates.

            During the heating and plumbing inspections, ****** answered all my questions in a professional, knowledgable, pleasant manner.
