I had my vehicle serviced here, and the technician noticed another issue with my vehicle. The service manager, *****, went over with me the issue and remedy. He even went as far as to assist me with filing a claim with my extended warranty company.Review from shiwanna S

Don't waste your time with this dealership. I have had my 22 *** in two different times for factory recalls. The first time they kept it for over a week to do a software update. The second time I was told they would contact me when the parts came in. I have been waiting for over 8 months for someone to contact me. Meanwhile every time I call, I get put on hold while the service advisor claims to be checking on parts and never returns. Currently four open safety recalls on my truck and I can't get this dealership to talk to me. **************** is trash!!Review from SAMANTHA N

TERRIBLE! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. THEY SOLD ME A CAR WITHOUT EVEN INSPECTING IT FROM WHOEVER TRADED IT IN. HAVE HAD MULTIPLE PROBLEMS WITH IT. I AM A SINGLE MOTHER AND CAN NOT AFFORD TO NOT HAVE A CAR MUCH LESS A DEPENDABLE ONE. THE TURNAROUND ON EMPLOYEES AND MANAGERS HERE IS UNREAL.Review from Michael E

This dealership cost me over $25.000 thats twenty five thousand dollars pluss gas tank replaced with all evap system I left a review with them and never got a response they dont back their product . My dad was a 30 plus year Dodge Chrysler mechanic the worst service ever Im driving to ********** for oil changes . You cant trust them to do their job !! No matter what you do you will never get a response from them . I have all receipts on all I had to do to repair my truck !! ******* ****** I live in ************.Review from Alfred R

Collierville Chrysler dodge is the worst. We took our Ram 2500 in at 4 times and they have not only taken their time but it has came out with more issues. In the winter it came out without the air conditioner worker, the the lights, the cruise control and this last time they even left pieces hanging, the panels were just left sitting there and extra parts sitting on the seat. This round we were even told by a service rep/desk clerk she went out and checked the vehicle herself so the issues we reported was not true. I nearly hit the roof. Then I let her know this was c*** what she said. She had a manager call us. He said he would call us back when he get to the bottom of this mess. Its been a week and still havent received the call. Im so discussed and feel helpless. We need help! I really dont think they even deserve a 1/2 star for a rating. Its just that bad. Vehicle wasnt serviced properly! If you need to speak with managers, you must leave name and number! We left requested info Two weeks and counting to speak to a manager concerning the service their technician performed. Left feeling disrespected, horrible customer service/care!Unprofessional of the General managers not respond to a escalated complaint. Still waiting to hear from anyone! Paid for a service that left ppl carless due incomplete service! When you pay near 5k for vehicle repair, it shouldnt take two weeks with little to no communication!Review from Judy H

They are under new management and it is terrible. No one will answer phones just transferred continuously with no one in service department answering. No member of management ever available. I have been a long standing customer and if I didnt have an extended Jeep warranty plan, I would never go here again. Unbelievable way to run a business.Review from Dwayne I

12/06/2023 My daughter had her 2012 jeep wrangler fix they keep her jeep for two weeks and charge her ******** to change the Fluid Temperature: Sensor $60.05 Oil pressure : Switch $63.85 ********** Filter : Adapter$342.00 Cool. Ant : Antifreeze$26.50 They charge $100 and hour for a 5hr, of work they charge my daughter $800. That dose not add up and parts $492 shop supplies $49 to through shop rags away. Sale tax $130.79. There over changing woman and gouging. Woman beware of this place.Review from Sean M

My husband bought a used Jeep from here. In MARCH, the paint has bubbled and chipped off! He submitted pictures to the service department for warranty approval, They. Haven't. Done. A. ****. Thing!!! My husband called ********* times with no answer. When he finally got in touch with him, he was an absolute a**hole! He was told there no body shop around them that would be able to do it! WHAT??? How do you treat people like this and still have a job? I had to contact corporate to get the name of an authorized dealer that will do it. How does a place with crappy customer service stay in business???
