            Was given lease violation in regards to "clutter and safety issues" and I know it doesn't matter what I think or what it looks like to me, but I don't even have enough personal property to be considered clutter(no kitchen table, no bed frame, only tvs, entertsinment center ,couches, and I have NOT ever been violated for this in the 5 years I've been here. I keep a clean appearance and house. I called to double check this information was right and was told that my only actual infraction was due to my tv and entertainment center not being 3 feet away from my bedroom window. I live on the 2nd story with no fire escape. I have a back balcony that I could actually do something off of if needed not jump out my bedroom window. Also several letters have been handed out to people on section 8 so I'm guessing she includes me jjst because of the color of my skin, even though my rent has been paid ahead 3 months.

            Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/08/09) */ The lease violation was issued due to the point of egress being blocked in the bedroom window which is a health and safety issue. Any apartment where this was observed would have been given a lease violation in order to address this issue as required. Correcting the blocked egress in the bedroom is for the health and safety of the tenant.
