            My late husband trusted ***** with our mechanic work for a little while and even considered him a friend. When my husband died to took him a ***** to rebuild in my husbands honor (May 2023). It took him 8 months and when I got it back, I had to take it back to him 6 times to fix it. Each time I got it back, there was something wrong with it. I finally had to sell it and get something reliable to take my kids back and forth to school. (I paid $18000) He also had a HORRENDOUS paint job done on it. While he had my Yukon, he worked on my 2003 **** excursion. He put stock parts on my excursion and it is anything but stock. Not to mention, *****, stole parts off of my 6.0 to put on his. Before I knew how bad he had messed up my excursion and my Yukon, my boyfriend took him his 2011 Dodge Ram 2500 (June 2023). It needed a new transmission. Well, ***** supposedly called ATS to price us a transmission and the price came back $15,000. (Looking back on it, we should have done our research on transmissions) So, we stupidly trusted him and took him the money. He promised up and down, left and right that he would be ordering it and it would take 2 weeks. Two weeks comes and goes and he told us that he has the transmission but, he was backed up so, itll take him a little bit to put the transmission put in the truck. 6 months later, the truck hasnt been touched or moved. We finally got fed up and pulled the truck project from him and we got a trailer to go get the transmission. Come to find out he lied, never ordered the transmission (we confirmed it with ATS) and pocketed the $15000.00 and has refused to pay it back, despite being contacted multiple times.
