            Appointments occurred between 11/04/2022 - 12/05/2022 Original Payment totaling $184.66 was paid 1/31/2023 to ******** Clinic (Tier1)Then in the middle of April more than 2 months after fully paying the asked amount, I receive a bill for $71.01 from Tier 1 threatening to send me to a collections agency. I call to figure out why I am receiving another bill and they state that they use two billing systems and that I am being charged again almost 5 months later for the same appointments in 2022, they also state they will not be sending anyone's bills to a collection agency for the this billing misstep(it happened to a lot of people). I ask them to mail me a itemized bill to go over, and ask to speak to a billing manager before pay them anymore money. They say they will have a manager call me back, because no one is available. No one ever calls, so I call them back on April 10th and leave a message because no one answers, then I call on April 13th and leave a message. Then May 10th I receive a final notice letter in the mail with another threat to send me to a collection agency. So I call them May 11th and get a voicemail once again. I would like cancelation of this secondary bill since no one will even answer my calls about it, I would also like to make sure this does not show on my credit report because no one will even talk to me to get their money.
