            I had won an air purifier which took forever to receive, and when I finally did the rep came out and brought a vacuum with him. He starts cleaning my carpets talkin about the program they offer saying I can earn this for free just by talking to people. Never said word 1 about the price of this thing. After telling me where to sign and not letting me read anything, he TAKES MY PHONE to delete and email that had the terms to everything INCLUDING CANCELLATION! I had told him while he was here I could not afford the product and he said he would work with me. Well he won't. He won't answer txts or calls. The people in the office are no better. So he takes a brand new vacuum I literally just bought so he can donate it, leaves me with something I told him I can't afford, and refuses to do anything. So, moral of this is rainbow vacuum is a joke. They expect you to buy something that they know you can't afford and ***** you over in the process

            Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2022/08/14) */ Our company provides in home demonstrations for the Rainbow System. In our demonstrations the prices mentioned a minimum of 3 times as well as at the end we have a slideshow on a tablet that gives a visual representation about the price, and options on how to pay for it. After Deciding to purchase a Rainbow, the dealer proceeded to fill out the paperwork to set the customer up on a payment plan where she signed a Store Receipt in ink, with the price on it, as well as virtually signed the payment plan contract. The dealer did not delete it off her phone, we always have the customer sign the document through their email on their phone. I am more than happy to provide copies of both the Store Receipt and the payment plan paperwork upon request.
