On August 11, 2023, I moved into this apt complex and was met with many issues. Although moving in with these issues as if my unit was not inspected, I wanted to really address the major issue I am currently experiencing that has not been resolved by this apt complex. When I moved in I noticed my air vents within the kitchen and living room were closed. I found this odd but opened them. After a month of staying in my apt I would see a ***** within my living room and kitchen every week on my ceiling. Once I closed my vents, I never saw the bugs, so assuming they were crawling from the vents. On September 7, 2023, I emailed leasing agent Ebony Singleberry about my issue. She continued to mentioned that she would "check the list to see if Pest Control visited (my) unit" as if they were not going to come due to them spraying less than a month ago. But this issue is more than just little bugs, we are talking about cockroaches. Why are they not concerned? DO they care that this infestation could possibly spread to other units like myself? On September 8, 2023, I submitted a maintenance request for pest control to come to my apt to find where they were coming from, spray, and also call a HVAC professional, also providing picture of the roaches ive found and killed. As a result, they sent pest control to place ***** food in the vents yet my vents are closed, they did not even open the vents before placing the food. This does not resolve the issue at hand as some one in my building has roaches in their unit and that unit need to be bombed and addressed no longer than 48 hours. Recently I opened my vents thinking its okay but I found an additional ***** in my living room and submitted another maintenance request on 10/29. I also notified the property manager on 10/30 and have not received any responses, updates of what has been done by them resolve the issue. They sent pest control and they did the same exact thing as they did last time. This issue is not resolved. sent to VM

Last Thursday (11/2), pest control came for the second time and I opened the vents for them to insert ***** food in the correct spot than what was done last time. I asked pest control the process of when residents are reporting seeing roaches, he informed me that they have to find out which unit is causing this and that for my unit, they will come every Thursday. On 11/9, they did not come. Still have not received any updates, communications or a call back from the property manager nor the leasing office as I called on Wednesday (11/8) about the issue and had to leave a voicemail.

I would like for you to address the security gate at this business. Residents dont feel safe living there. I have a relative that lives there and they tried to talk to management about the security gate and nothing has been resolved. This is very frustrating and disappointing. Please follow up on this issue. The gate is open all the time. My relatives didnt want to complain with you but I decided to for them. They are paying a fee for the security gate but yet it stays open. They chose to live at this apartment complex because of the security gate and they thought they would feel safe living there. Something needs to be done. The apartment complex was bought by another company a year or so ago and they arent doing anything. I even tried to reach to there corporate office and nothing. I hope that you all can do something to get this issue resolved. Thank you.

This property keeps their security gates open all the time. Why pay rent and be charged a security fee when you dont even feel safe? The gates should be closed at all times. They repaired them and still keep them open. The new management doesnt seem to care. Its potholes at the entrances. Rent is high there but yet dont use the funds to repair things. The gates being open all the time is a major and serious concern.
