    Wow I'm looking at these reviews and pretty much would have to agree with the subpar customer service especially toward African Americans and Veterans as I have experience the tone of care. They are backed up bad with even getting your vehicle diagnose as of 10-02-2024 I have an appoint for this date and they cant even touch it for 3 days to do a diagnose. SMH..... my second *** first car bought at Roadshow this car *** X5 bought less than 3 weeks at ******* ***. No loaner no rental car. Corporate needs to evaluate this business and training needs to be held ****

    I spent approximately ****** with Roadshow in about two weeks . I have an BME x5 and a 328 i . I had to return both vehicles did not get a loaner. Neither vehicle worked properly after paying for them. Both vehicles had strut , alignment issues and now they are worse than before. They had two young mechanics that road with me and they both had no clue as to the noise. My service advisor *** had the head mechanic ride with me and he mad all types of excuses as to why the noise kept occurring. Well I paid to have both vehicles put on a machine because i was tired of loosing time off work and going back and forth. Turns out *** did not do what they charged me for. I have a service appointment on the 19th to my car back i am livid. I want my money back so i can take it somewhere else. I dont want them to touch my car. I am angry with my service advisor as well because i feel like he took advantage of me and my ill husband. everytime i went back he charged us for something else. they are short of staff, they dont give loaners and they dont have experienced mechanics . If you are in the ******* area take your car somewhere else. I am not the only one that feels this way. I give zero stars

    On October 24th I took my car in for a suggestion from (Roadshow BMW/Mini of *******) that I needed a value cover replacement. When I left my car with them it was running just fine (no rough idle or anything). I was just gonna replace what you suggested. Fast forward I was called to come get my car but then got another call back saying something was bad wrong it was idling very rough. So I said just keep it but I needed a loaner car to get around. Came in a picked up a loaner. Now on Friday November 11th I was called to come get my car again...but I was told that the experiment they did(replaced the mass flo ******* that was not authorized by me... had supposedly fixed my car...but again when I called them again they said it was still idling rough. Now they have had my car between and 3 to 4weeks now. Its still not fixed. All these experiments. Car still not fix. I trusted them with my car to put on a valve cover (also) put in new spark plugs and a oli change that is pre paid. Nothing else was authorized by me. I refuse to pay these professional to make constantly mistakes to my car at my expense. I just want them to Own up that they messed up and do whats right to get it resolved but not at my expense. Almost One month for a 2 hour valve cover replacement job. Now I get another call today Tuesday November 15th talking about injectecors bad! Oil is leaking everywhere from under my car. What have these so called professional have done to my car? I will be taking this as far as I can for compensation. This is all wrong by all means. I do not expect to get something for nothing, but I work hard for my money, and refuse to be manipulated because I am a women....Or maybe to think I don't have sense enough to know the difference in being sabatoged. I been asking Where are all the videos that I requested from day one of Roadshow BMW/Mini of ******* working on my car? I need all those videos Please Show quoted text

    No one has yet to call or anything since November 15th. They still have my car. I don't know if it's even driveable... Something needs to be done about this business

    AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, And NOT AS FRIENDLY TO BLACK CUSTOMERS.,, Over charging people ridiculous amounts of money ??. Roadshow is all about making Money!! This review includes everyone in the services advisors department . They will LIE !! Watch out for the nasty technicians . The technicians handles the BLACK Customers vehicles with NO CONCERN.

    ROADSHOW *** 6/22/22 I was @ Roadshow *** car ****************************************** to purchase a beautiful Mahogany 2016 ****** on *********** did not work out well. Not to mention I travel there twice (ROADSHOW ***) a 1 hour * 20 mins away from where I live twice to meet with a salesman by the name of *************************** who I constantly talked to and made very clear of my budget * financial situation on what I could and could not afford. On the first meeting with ***** I test drove the ****** * later discussed numbers with him telling him I needed a understanding concerning the cost of that truck before running my credit and lowering my credit score; And if we cant come close to my expectations I could just walk away. I made it clear to ***** I did not want to pay $700 -$800 for a truck that I cannot afford (monthly) and has a little over ******* miles on it. Nevertheless ***** comes back and tells me Ill have to pay $800 plus dollars even with my trade in which was a 2014 ***************** Cab thats nice inside * out, leather interior * runs great. The value of my truck was atleast $19,991 according to credit Karma, but they tried to beat me out of it for ******. So I walked away protecting my credit. Weekend pass * I talk with ***** again willing to meet them half way, explained to him Im well over my head with this truck * was willing to over extend my budget * agreed to pay as much as $690. ***** agreed * agree to speak with his bosses * asked for some information on the phone to get paper work started (insurance card) * etc. So when I got off from work I told ***** I was on my way for the second ********* agreed on $690 only then was it okay that they go ahead and run my credit. They ran my credit * lied to me about the $690 even thou my credit score was 720, asked me for $5700 in a down payment, plus my trade in or else I would have to pay $849.00 a month. I was furious!! Then I ask could they do something, they changed it to $799. They wanted money instead

    I came to this location to service my BMW every time I would pay but my check engine light would still be on. They have the worst customer service ever. I think they do not really fix your car but they do take your money
