            ********************************* owner of EMS Consultants was contacted for air conditioning repair within our home on June 19th, 2022. A consultation was provided and EMS Consultants (*********************************) reported the air conditioner motor needed to be ordered. ********************************* of EMS Consultants removed the air conditioner blower from our home (a different date from the initial consultation). ********************************* of EMS Consultants finally responded via text after several calls, voice massages and texts on Thursday, July 21 at 5:35pm in response to a text sent the same day at 5:15pm suggesting that a motor was ordered after discovering it was not available to purchase locally. ********************************* of EMS Consultants suggested the part was ordered and it would take 5 to 10 business days for delivery. A followup text was sent to ********************************* of EMS Consultants on Sunday, August 7, 2022 at 6:50pm asking if the motor was delivered with no response. Another followup text was sent Friday, August 12th at 3:43pm after ********************************* of EMS Consultants called to suggest he would install the motor on Tuesday of that week. However, ********************************* of EMS Consultants did not show up to install the motor. A followup text was sent August 13th, 2022 at 5:29 pm to remind ********************************* of EMS Consultants of the repair of the air conditioner with no follow up response. Sense that time, I have called and left several voice messages requesting to a call. To say the least, I am greatly disappointed in the lack of follow through. I am filing a formal complaint regarding the lack of services received from EMS Consultants. Any assistance you can offer to resolve this issue will be greatly appreciated.

            I bought a new ******* 5-ton air conditioner unit from this firm on October 8, 2021, from EMS Consultants *****************************************************************, telephone ************. I paid him with a check for $3800.00. According to the contract it has 10 yrs warranty on parts; 2 yrs on labor. I had several problems after installation, one was that the unit leaked and as a result a portion of my ceiling fail in, making a mess on furniture, floor etc. He fixed the leak but not the ceiling.************************************* told me on several occasions he would repair but NEVER did. He stopped answering his phone and NEVER responded. This spring (May 2022) when I turned on the unit , it did not work. I called EMS, ************************ came out, added freon to it and advised the unit needed cleaning, he would be back in June., if I called to schedule an appointment. I have called, texted him several times but he has not responded. He will not answer his phone or texted messages. I need service, because now it seems to be having other issues as well. I have called *******, but they said ALL service is provided by my Contractor, EMS. if I use another contractor, I will have to pay the bill. This unit is not a year old and I cannot get him to honor this contract. I feel, I have been scammed.
