On Feb. 14th, 2023 *********************** ************ owner of Upright Fencing and two employees were commissioned to install a barbed wire fence at my neighbors residence. I came home from work and noticed the fence post were installed in my yard and the barbed wire had not been installed yet. I rescheduled all my services for the 15th so I could wait for them to return, on Feb. 15th ***** and his two employees returned in the afternoon. I approached them prior to installation of the barbed wire, I explained the error. He was aware of the property marker pins, he decided NOT to run a stringline at the bottom near the ground from property pin to property pin and just wing it to save time. He told me this as we were discussing it away from his employees, but when we walked over near the employees and I advised him he would never get it right without a stringline, one of his employees belted out "We did run a stringline!!". I then told his employee it's a little late, ***** already told me he didn't run a string at the property line. ***** became irritable with me as if I did something wrong WOW, ***** asked me what I wanted him to do, I replied "I just want the fence out of my yard and off of my property". At the end of the day, the fence is still in my yard, it's March 20th. The homeowner Gage Sherlock *****************-648-8000, ************************ has been no help resolving the matter. I generously gave them two weeks to move the fence and was basically spit at and given a middle finger for the neighborly civilized attempt. The fence was not moved.BTW, The entire fence must be removed completely. According to ********* law + Montgomery County **. laws, the metal Tpost must point inwards and the barbed wire installed on the inside as to prevent animals from escaping. It's current installation method is a violation of law "intent to cause human harm" to deter trespassers. Also the top and bottom wires are not set to the correct heights as stated in county/state codes.

This matter has Not been resolved. The company Upright Fencing (***********************) simply refuses to come out and completely remove the fence from "my property" and off of the "property line". A fence company that does Not know the boundaries or even care to seek them out is Not a real company, just a few guys working for beer money. I am letting my attorneys handle this matter from here as it is a ************** in the state of ********* to deprive me of my right to access my own property carrying a **** year prison sentence and fines. I've tried to be nice and neighborly about this but they are all just laughing and spitting in my face in regards to this whole matter. They were told "before" the fence was completed that it was on my property and they continued to construct it anyways, by law, everything was suppose to STOP until the boundary was verified. That never happened, it was haphazardly installed, total disregard to others property. This matter is Not closed. This is Not a real company. Not licensed nor insured nor are they registered with the ****************** as a business. Just a regular tax evader facing more criminal charges. The public should be made aware of these people so they don't fall victim too, the homeowner is also in ************* because he won't move the fence either simply blaming it on the fence company and not trying to resolve the matter himself, that's not going to cut it in court.
