            1. Date of transaction: June 2022 2. Amount paid: $5,985.75 3. Mike S******** Jr's business committed to provide services to paint the exterior of our home and that we would be happy with the final results and that we could call with questions or concerns. According to our approved written quote, the following services were to be provided : "*All brick on exterior of home will receive 1 coat of SW Loxon Concrete & Masonry primer/sealer." *All painted surfaces including wood siding, sofitts, fascia, rear porch walls, ceiling, columns, front vestibule, and all primed brick, including chimney shall receive 2 coats of Sherwin Williams Duration exterior finish paint." Also from his written quote: "Our attention to detail is one of our core strengths as a company. Rest assured that you will be extremely happy with the final result. Please do not hesitate to call with any questions or concerns." 4. Nature of dispute: There are areas of the exterior of our home that do not have 1 coat of the primer/sealer and two coats of the exterior finish paint. There are areas that we can see the red brick on our home - neither primer nor exterior finish paint was applied. He has not fulfilled his contract and has failed to complete the job. We have contacted Mike S********, Jr on numerous occasions and by various means and have not gotten a response to questions and concerns. When he was not being professional in responding, we started messaging him on messenger to which automated responss were generated. We decided to go on his Facebook page and comment to him that we had been trying to get in touch with him regarding our concerns. We did not go into detail on his FB page. His response was to block both of us. We had good faith that since he took our $5,985.75 that he would finish the job as his contract legally obligated him to do. He is in failure of completing a contract and has made poor choice of ignoring the very thing he sold us on in his written contract.
