Bought a vechile on May 10th this year and on May 11th already had issues with the vehicle and within a week vehicle completely broke down needing a total engine replacement. Contacted dealer and has not interest in correcting the issue.

Around April 2nd, 2024, ************** into the lot looking for a vehicle. She stated she was looking for a vehicle for her grandson. She looked at the referenced vehicle. She took it on a test drive and said she wanted it. She stated that she did not have all the funds at that time but was expecting funds from some sort of settlement in a couple weeks and wanted to leave a deposit for 2 weeks. We agreed for her. It wound up taking her 6 weeks to come in with the balance. When she came in to pick the vehicle up, I think she had someone with her to drive the vehicle again and they said all was good. (That part I can't completely remember; it has been 6 months). When she came back 3 weeks later to pick up the title, we ask her how it was doing and she stated she had to have a couple things done, but it was expected on a used vehicle. We sale all vehicles AS-IS like the paperwork she signed states. (Copies attached) However we like most vehicle dealerships do offer and recommend a service contract from a third-party company. She declined at that time and said if she changed her mind, she would let us know or buy one on her own. We have not heard from Ms. ***** until now with the filing of this complaint with BBB. We always recommend getting any used vehicle checked out before purchase and/or buying a service contract from someone. These are used vehicles and most of the time the only history we know is the information in the Carfax report, which we furnish to all customers for no charge. Inclosing, I hate Ms. ***** has experienced issues and is disappointed with her vehicle purchase. All manmade things break at some point.

We have hired an attorney we will not be settling for anything less than a total refund of the junk vehicle.
