Horrible experience. Had place an order over 1 year ago . For four different ***** pops to be signed . Still have not received any of them back or any information on my order after countless emails.Review from Greg H

Very great experience with this company. Had my stuff signed at a reasonable price. Brittney was great as well she always got back to me within a couple of days of emailing her . Scam company. Ordered a Paul Reubens (Pee Wee Herman) autograph in March 2023, and got nothing but minimal contact from “Brittany.” After Mr. Reubens sadly passed away, they went incommunicado and blocked me on social media. The complaints about this are endless. Shame on me for not doing my homework. Shame on them, because even ****** was like “yeah smells fishy, here’s your money back ASAP.” I’m starting with this BBB complaint, and will consider working with others to create a tort case against them big enough to shut them down.Review from Joshua w

One of the worst companies ever, I won't ever buy or deal with them ever again. Britney is the absolute worst at customer service, she needs a new job. It took forever to contact them and she never had the answers, sometimes I would have to contact them more then once, more than twice, more than three times in a week's span. That's uncalled for. They were such a headacke, they never bother to say that an actor was cancelled or asked if I wanted a refund, I just waited and waited till few weeks went by almost a month went by when I didn't here anything at all, then Britney said they are doing another signing. Even talking to them on their ** messenger was awful too. And seeing all these reviews, I think its time for a new customer service rep. Because Brittney seems, well is the problem. I hope OC fixes this, and gets somebody else. This company could be well, if they do the right thing.OC Celebrity Marketing Response

I am sorry that you experienced such a unfavorable experience with our company. As I can see from your email you are are referring to an order that was placed for a ***** ***** autograph. Originally ***** was scheduled to appear live on our Whatnot! to sign these orders, but unfortunately he had to cancel that appearance. He was then supposed to attend a convention in Dallas, where we were going to get the items signed, again he was unable to attend as scheduled. Finally we were able to get these items signed by him at Fan Expo in Chicago this past month, and now your item is in transit to you. When dealing with private signings sometimes there are unfortunate changes in the plans and we just have to patiently wait until the talent, in this case ***** *****, is able to fulfill their commitment to sign. We made announcements via our live whatnot! streams and on our ******** page when we had the information about the signings. Dealing in private signings instead of mass conventions and public appearances is sometimes a waiting game. We understand your frustration, and apologize for your unpleasant experience. My husband and I have ordered several items for ourselves and friends from OC Celebrity Marketing. We do this with the understanding that the items may take about three months to ultimately receive, so I would say we're a rather patient couple. ***** ** and ***** ** (below) are absolutely correct. Once you order something and want to follow up after these months pass, you're lucky to get a response. They do take your money fast, though. One of my most recent purchases was for a personalized *** *****. What I ultimately received was not personalized. After reaching out to Brittney, who has the customer service skills of a rock, I got no apology. Just send it back and we can go through the process again, which meant another three months on top of the three I already waited. I left comments about this on their ******** page, and she never responded. In fact, I am now blocked. The reason for this, I suppose, has to do with the recent death of **** *******. I ordered yet another personalized photo in March. On June 9, I asked about the status of shipping. I was told, "The items are currently in ****** possession, he signed half of the items, and then requested that we post pone the remaining items as he got called away for filming. He is going to be signing the remaining items this coming week as soon as we can get someone there to witness." After his passing this week, I reached out again to request a refund. NOT A WORD. I expect to receive the money I paid for the autographed photo and shipping, which comes to $159.98. What's truly sad about this situation is that ignoring your faithful customers means they won't shop with you again. And I just can't trust OC Celebrity Marketing anymore with our business.OC Celebrity Marketing Response

We understand that you are frustrated with the situation, but you have to see it from our point of view. **** was signing items in his own time, as this was the easiest for him. Unfortunately the process was taking longer than anticipated, but knowing now what he was going through it is perfectly understandable. Once being notified of his passing we were completely devastated as **** was more than just a client of ours, but a close personal friend. Upon public knowledge of his death we received tons of emails demanding the refunds and or returns of customer items, with no disregard for the situation. This lack of empathy resulted in silence from our company as we were appalled at the lack of respect our customer base showed. After a few weeks went by the owner put out a statement and we began responding to messages that started to trickle in. We have not yet been informed of the status of the items **** was signing and when the time is right we will reach out to the family to collect those items. Once we have retrieved the items we will take count of what was signed and what was not and process refunds at that time. Thank You.Review from Abigail G

I love this company and everyone who works here. They are always super kind and understanding during whatnot shows and always ship items out in 3 days or less. Their products are always authentic and look amazing. The prices are understandable considering the item. Brittany always does her best job even when she had hundreds of things to do involving responding to customer emails. Some people don't understand that she is the only person with access to emails and has to respond to all of them by herself. I have loads of respect for her and the company as a while. The customer service is going to be this companies downfall, specifically Brittney. I’ve read other reviews and complaints she is notoriously known for not getting back through email, blowing people off, promising things and not coming through. Here’s a few examples of my horrible experiences. 1) My last mystery box the signed ***** came completely damaged. She said she would allow a return, never sent a return label for me to send it back. Stopped responding through email completely. 2) I had ordered so many ****** mystery boxes, I had sent her an email to ask if I could get stuff I didn’t have. She said yes, and to send an email of what I have. I spent 45 minutes taking pictures and making lists, she still sent me duplicates of what I had after telling me I’d get stuff I didn’t have. 3) the company sells “chase” mystery boxes, while including ******. If you buy 3 mystery boxes one is a chase. What they called a chase box, I saw on ******* get as a regular mystery box, almost as if it’s just a way to get people to buy more. Also “chase” is a term used for Chase ******, which their boxes have ****** so it’s also misleading to anyone thinking they are trying to get a chase *****. 4) Brittany will just stop respond to people all together, and this has happened numerous times. I went to the the ******** page to ask someone to have Brittany return an email to me as I was waiting for a return slip for a damaged item and I was blocked on ********. 5) Missing items, I’ve done the live mystery boxes and saw what I was suppose to get and had items missing. I love this company for what it could be, and wish I could continue to do business with them. But Brittany and the customer service is going to run it into the ground. I am sure there are other people out there being ignored and not having their issues taken care of. I hope the owner sees this and does a complete overhaul of the customer service. Brittany needs to go, she’s going to ruin your company.Review from dean C

I've been trying to get my items that was promised several months ago, but there's always an excuse (versus a reason). Their customer service is a joke and essentially non existent. I don't know if I can leave zero stars for them until I hit the submit button for my review to post, but will find out now. I've seen other customers post similar comments like mine. They are terrible.
