    4/26 ordered some red dogwood trees, after waiting a month or two for them to wake up. I found two were dead 5/28 filled out a claim, but accidentally only said one was dead. I subsequently contacted customer service who told me I had to fill out a 2nd claim form.6/5 received store credit for first claim 6/6 filed 2nd claim, which has not been processed still as of 7/6.The company wants to just issue store credit but a replacement does not ship until next spring, which is unreasonably for them to hold my $ hostage for a full year at another chance for 2 live trees. I want a refund to my credit card and I'll buy replacements locally.

    I ordered 3 plants. I received a tree that was had broken leaves. Leaves had holes in them. Leaves had a lot of half eaten ones too. Customer service is a joke. Their response was to treat the tree with insecticides and remove damaged leaves. TN nursery dismissed the fact that I received a damaged infected tree. I've requested a refund for the other 2 expected " in the Fall "... TN is a scamming company . The customer service number isn't working.

    On December 4, 2023, I purchased a Mapleleaf Viburnum from this company for $19.49 plus tax.On January 28, 2024, I purchased a "Winterberry "Winter Red" ***** from this company for $19.99 plus tax.The plants were bare root and I planted them immediately. As the plants began to leaf out, it became obvious to me that they were not the plants identified that I purchased. I contacted the company about the Winterberry first. The company offered to give me store credit for the purchase price. However, the current price is $24.99.Regarding the Mapleleaf Viburnum, the company has not responded to my query. They do not answer their phone and email is the only way to contact them.I do not want to purchase anything else from this nursery as they sent me the wrong item in two separate orders. I do not want store credit. I would like a refund to my credit card for $39.48 plus sales tax.

    I ordered some Trees in April the 17. My card has been charged but I havent received anything. I contacted them by email and their reply was to allow 7 to 10 days during their busy season. They would send me an email when plants are shipped. I feel this is a scam and I just want my money credited back and order cancelled. I sent another email today advising them that if my plants were not shipped this week, to return my money. Thank you

    I ordered 4 trees from ** nursery on March 9th and paid $92.11 for them. The first shipment never arrived so I requested a replacement shipment, which they shipped on March 27th, and it still has not arrived, 20 days later. I requested a refund from the company and was denied. I now will have to file a dispute with my bank to get my money back. The company is lying to me and trying to say that the package arrived but it never did. Their customer service is despicable and the company stole my money.

    My order should have two items, but you sent me only one and it goes mouldy already.Last year I ordered 3, but you only sent me 2, is this another way you steal the money from the customer?Please send me the right items in the right condition or money back

    I ordered a dogwood tree in July and they said it would be delivered late October , When I contacted them ,they said it will be shipped in the order they received it. I do not believe them .
