Patriot Angels was fantastic. They walked with me and my family through the entire process of applying for the VA Aid and Attendance Benefit for my mother. We even had a delay (from our end) of about 7 months and when I contacted them to say we were ready to submit the application, they jumped right back in. Everyone I was in contact with was kind, courteous and very knowledgeable about the process. We were approved for the benefit and I know it was because of the help of Patriot Angels.Review from Carolyn C

Exceptional service and assistance. Took the stress out of the process and were instrumental in getting the care and attendance add on despite the retirement community not thinking its independent living area was eligible - Patriot Angels engaged them directly and helped them understand the differences between VA definitions of custodial care and ADL fit the community. Well worth the cost for the low stress and simplification of tasks and data collection. Everyone I engaged with at Patriot Angels was friendly, helpful, and accessible.Review from Carol T

I was very happy to learn I had been accepted in the VA housing assistance. Patriot Angels worked diligently in vacillating the required documents needed from me. It was a long process and something I could not do alone. Everyone of the girls I spoke with were helpful and pleasant. I thought I would never get it and was almost evicted when the confirmation came. Thank you and God bless.Review from Mary R

The Patriot Angels were so helpful. I had no idea how to fill out the paperwork and they stuck with me all the way through the process. My 99-year-old Mom was so lucky to have them in her corner. We knew nothing about the Memphis area where our 92 year old aunt lived. When it was clear she could not longer live alone we made contact with Patriot Angels and Patriot Research. They were both a Godsend. They worked closely with us to ensure our aunt benefitted from all the resources she was eligible for and walked us through the process for her to receive benefits in a timely manner. This organization is the absolute best....they were so helpful and friendly and very committed to getting my 90 year old Mom the benefits she deserved since my Dad served during the Korean War. They were very communicative and stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process. I could not have done this without their help and it was well worth the fee.Review from Vicky A

I couldn’t have done it without Patriot Angels. My 98 year old mother is low income, so low she doesn’t have to file taxes. We knew we needed to get her out of her condo and into an assisted living facility. The facilities that accept Medicaid are not the nicest in our area. Two facilities that I visited told me about Patriot Angels and the VA. I had no idea she could get help from the VA because my Dad served during WWII. We just assumed that us 3 siblings would have to pay for her to live in a nicer place. It was worth every penny we paid PA to help us. They were very responsive to my emails and calls. They guided me the whole way. Because they sent “an intent to file” to the VA (which I would have never dreamed of), we got back pay from the VA. This whole process was a GOD send, and my mother is in a nice facility.. Everyone I spoke with was so professional, friendly and empathetic to our situation. I am so thankful for Patriot Angels.
