            I made an agreement with ***** ********************** to install a new water service to my existing home. Mr ********************** accepted a $3200 check (half of the agreed amount) and brought equipment over and started the job. He left his equipment at my property for months but never completed the job. I was able finally to reach Mr ********************** by phone and he agreed to finish. He came back and began working again. He h ad me fooled about him finishing the job and I gave him another $2000. Cash he said he needed to purchase a new water meter. He never came back and finished the job he just left a huge dug out hole in front of my house. Codes got after me about the huge hole and I had to pay a contractor to fill it in.I have had several conversations over the phone with Mr. ********************** during the time this has been going on. He repeatedly lies to me about finishing the job. At this point I have no confidence that he can do the job and would appreciate a full refund of money paid to Mr. **********************.
