            In October od 2024 I hired Rejuvenation Renovation to set footers and lay new foundation in my home .the house was supposed to be done by end of November but it wasn't I come home to Tn. Home absolutely destroyed inside and out . My belongings of rugs and humidity machines outside in the weather , trim,doors laying out on weather for days and stuff inside the house was put in a mildew shed for over 2months nothing cleaned like We agreed .foundation work was horrible there are slopes, and the concrete is so uneven I am unable to walk in the house on quad cane or ****** that I'm on daily. $25,000.00 was given upfront to start job and remainder of $29,326.25 was given on 12/17/2024 with ***** ***** promising to return $400 rug after he picked up from cleaners . We have not received the rug yet and today is 12/21/2024 He has given me 3 contracts that change every time . I have messages where ***** told me that he got my exact flooring that I paid a extra $1700.00 for only to find out the day I arrived at house was not the correct flooring. The coworkers told me the foundation busted and I needed to sell house as soon as possible. Screen on house missing , ADT System sensors had to be ordered for alarm to work they were torn off and lost $279.00 on 12/20/2024 .Trim uneven , paint touch up doesn't match walls , kitchen cabinets moved but not painted behind , granite removed and cut to short .a perfessional cleaning service was supposed to come in last only to find the cousin of owner cleaning the house that night, and all work to unsatisfied sight.the ********** were there on site brought it to the attention of work and floors and foundation was horrible to sight. ***** promised to make it right but was rarely on construction site. Total loss $56,326.25 and still haven't received my 9foot by 10 foot rug that was thrown outside for over 2 months in weather rug value$ ******. Now messages and phone calls are just putting off on his end, coming back to fix problems.
