Took my grandson to see a used Honda Civic. Drove 1 hour to the dealership after grandson got off from work. A deal was reached with the dealer and the contract was signed. Since it was after hours, the vehicle had not been serviced. **************** promised delivery to my grandson the next day. They called the next day and said that the vehicle that was advertised online as certified missed certification by a few months and they couldn't honor the contract. They could finance it for 72 rather than 60 months and would not provide any guarantees. Another round trip of 2 hours to inform the dealership that the revised deal was unacceptable and a refund was requested. The sales manager informed my grandson that they would have to draft a check that required two signatures and the other sales manager would not be back in town until Saturday. The deal was made on Tuesday. Thus, a third trip (2 hours round trip) was made to pick up the check. Victory is not an honorable dealer and I encourage others to be careful dealing with them. I know they have high rating with BBB but don't make a judgment on that alone.Review from Stacey B

I purchased a 2023 Honda HRV. The dealership marked the price up $5000.I requested the vehicle be financed with the current bank that financed my trade-in. Of course, that didn't happen. The dealership went with Honda financing. I received several letters from other lenders stating my loan would have been approved but the loan amount exceeded the value of the car. The salesman and financial manager was aware of this and still proceed with the loan. The letters stated the dealership was given a counteroffer and they declined. My credit score is almost 800 and I had a trade in. I felt discriminated against because I am an African American woman. I can't enjoy my new car because I am furious of the treatment I received at the dealership. I have contacted Honda financing and the dealership with no response. But i will not let this go! The same dealership repaired my 2017 Honda Accord. The air bag was deployed, and frame broken. Who would feel safe driving this vehicle. The cost of the repair was almost $11,000. I only owed $13,000 on the vehicle. The car fax is around 8 pages long. The dealership took over 4 months to repair. Poor customer service!
