    I went to have my extensions moved up. The girl who rents a booth at the salon Bella Dona whose name is Monique Silva Short did them for me. She took the hair all the way and re installed them. Charging me 350 dollars- I tipped making the total 375. Not even a week later the extensions were coming loose and falling out of my head/hair. I asked her to re do them and she did but not even a week later they started to do the same thing. I asked her to fix them for me again or give me a refund(or at least half of my money back) I have never had a problem before. I've spent a lot of money at her salon only to be ripped off! Please help.

The client did not pay money directly to Salon Bella Dona for the services, she paid directly to Monique Short Silva who works independently out of a booth rental space within in our salon. When Keisha reached out to our Salon Bella Dona Instagram via direct message, we told her how terribly sorry we were that this situation happened and offered to remove the hair extensions for her at no charge, however she declined and requested to have them reinstalled. At that time, Salon Bella Dona did not have any stylists trained in extensions services, so we could not provide her with a reinstallation of the extensions. Moving forward from that, there was not much else we could offer her and after that we wound up receiving several harsh messages in regards to how our business would be defamed online if we did not offer some sort of compensation. We cannot offer a refund for a service we as Salon Bella Dona did not provide. We are terribly sorry for what transpired between Keisha and Monique, and we hope moving forward that they can come to a mutual agreement on refunding or reinstallation of hair. I feel as if something should be done by the owner of the business or at least reconcile with Monique who works at your salon to come up with a resolution to this horrible situation. She rents space at that salon so therefore, yes, she works for Salon Bella Dona. I'm just simply asking for a full or even a half of my money returned to me. I paid over 350 dollars for my extensions to fall out after a few days. Yes, I did contact you and yes you did offer to take them out for free but why would I want to take them out after I just paid 350 dollars to have them installed? And if no one in your salon is certified in extensions and I received bad service already then why would I want someone to cut them out of my hair?? It doesn't make sense. I just ask that you bring them to Monique's attention (I can't because she blocked me from all social media because she knows she is definitely in the wrong) the other girls that rent a booth there also addressed that with her.
