On 02/22/23 We had a new driveway added to our property. On 06/30/23 I contacted them to let them know that we had a couple of problems pop up that included cracks in the pavement, settling as well as it appears that either the pavement has settled or the asphalt was not laid in a 3 inch depth as promised in the written proposal. The work is supposed to have a 1 year warranty. I contacted them on 06/30/23 through their web site and have not heard back from them. The work was paid in full on 02/22/23. Since they have not responded I need help fixing my driveway.

Had driveway paved. 36,000 dollars. Called within the year warranty about 2 spots that had sunken in to become holes. He came out to look at it and actually told me this must of happened because a large truck must have done it. I have a pickup. He said it didn't falkl under warranty but would fix them for 3 thousand dollars.

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/08/04) */ Driveway was done over two years ago you only had a 12 month warranty also you had a new roof put on the house that you admit it that you had done less than a year of the payment being down that caused the damage in your driveway Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/08/05) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) there were no heavy truck traffic. I called him within the 12 month warranty. He blamed it on trucks whether ups or fed ex driving up the driveway and literally stopping for minutes in a spot which was ridiculous. The roofing people had nothing to do with it as the biggest truck they had was a pickup. The 2 spots that need fixing probably didn't have enough base under them or less than enough asphalt. Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2022/08/05) */ How did they get the old roof out and the new one in Consumer Response /* (4200, 11, 2022/08/05) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) They didnt..we kept it and stored it behind the garage Business Response /* (4000, 15, 2022/08/09) */ Mr. called respond to customers rebuttal: The weight of the material weight to much for the driveway to handle. Also it take over one year the asphalt to cure out.

proposed removing existing paving, grading to solve water in garage problem and replacing asphalt. Start time scheduled 0800 2 May 22. Two crew members showed up and sat in front yard until 1430. Trucks with equipment showed up. Rubble from New sewer line was loaded. No grading and no pavement removal. The crew paved over existing pavement. I was told by the equipment operator that even though the 811 locators report stated a gas line was 3 feet deep he did not trust the report so pavement could not be removed so no grading. Crew went ahead and laid assault. Result was exacerbated water infiltration in garage and a flooded HVAC unit which will have to be replaced and damage to wood furniture being stored. Albert in the mean time rather than suprrvising his crew was attending his son's sporting event. Additionally, the wash out plug for the new sewer pipe is now under asphalt instead of a sleeve installed as per the work plan.
