This company should not be in business. I knew something was fishy about them when they took over the responsibility of managing several properties in this area including mine. The first thing they did was raise rent, which isn't so bad. Except they neglected to INFORM me (or any other renter) that they had raised the rent. They sent out a introduction letter but said nothing about rent. In addition, I went in person to pay my rent every month. I gave them the same amount I paid in the past and they said not a word to me about it. They never told me I was short, I, and everyone else, found out because of the late charges that built up and I had no recourse but to pay that. They never gave an explanation or an apology. Now, I am having some very serious structural issues with the house I am renting I have a house that was built in the 1930s. I do my best to keep it up and I keep it very clean. As a renter there are certain things that I am not responsible for fixing or repairing. These are TC Lewis's responsibilities. I have put in work orders on their website, and it states that it will be posted within 24 to 48hrs. Yet, nothing is ever posted so I have no idea whether they even received it. So, I post again, and I get a very rude and unprofessional text from their Division Coordinator telling me to stop putting in multiple work orders and that if I am not happy with them, I can move. I am a disabled Veteran and I like this little house and it would be difficult for me to find another place not to mention difficulty in m put work orders were in over a month ago and get no response. The issues that need attention asap are the basement and the gutters. The basement has a dirt floor and water is continuing to run in and it is getting worse. It is affecting the foundation and mold is starting to build up. This is a health hazard obviously. Mosquitoes will soon become a . All the gutters have fallen off the house, so the water just runs into the yard and foundation.

We've responded to Rejetta's ridiculous and unreasonable calls for the last couple months. The fact that you as the BBB are providing a platform for her to find yet another place to try and communicate her insanity to us is also ridiculous. She freely admits to having some random person work on her electrical system without permits (all lease violations) that caused the company to employ an electrician at a cost of $10,000 replace her entire system.
