I am obliged to share my awful experience, consistent with others. Unprofessional and never finished the work, despite having provided a deposit. Danny agreed to provide a refund, documented in an email exchange, but never did so. We won our case in court and he agreed to pay, again in an email--apparently the courts judgement wasn't enough. He has paid nothing. This is no different than just stealing from someone. As Danny said in email, "you cannot get blood from a tournip."Review from Deborah A.

This company, owned by Daniel "Danny" *****, will not do a good job for the customer. Trying to pinpoint when he will show up is difficult at best. Communication is spotty unless he wants money. The quality of workmanship is very bad and has to be redone, as experienced all ready on part of the work that was done. After several mistakes done by himself, excuses and lies I fired the company. That set off a tirade of vulgar language, name calling and lies by *****, owner of the company. This company no longer is out of Kingston, TN or at least so he says. He is based in Knoxville, TN. He took down his website by January 17, 2023. I suspect he is going to change the name, etc. Please stay away from this company. Before hiring any company check with the state to make sure the company is licensed, insured and bonded. Make sure the company gives proof, don't just accept a yes. A lawsuit is in the works for breach of contract against me according to *****, which I suspect is another lie. Either way, I have documentation to disprove any and all allegations ***** slings at me and proves his wrong doing.Customer Response

That is exactly the response I expected from someone who has been backed into a corner. He stated on January 17, 2023, and I quote: "I have filed a lawsuit against you in Loudon County for breach of Contract already." According to the court clerk as of January 23, nothing has been filed. He uses lies and threats as scare tactics. As for stealing his equipment, he left it at my home. I didn't take it. He was not allowed on my property because he did not have insurance. The equipment was given to his employee that he told me in a text on December 30, 2022 that he fired, supposedly. If he has a website he changed it because his previous website is not active: www.knoxhomerepairs.com. I can present all the proof that anyone would need to see that the workmanship by Danny ***** was not acceptable by any standard. Danny ***** has cost me a great deal of money.Review from Helen C

I wrote the review on 5-11-2021. This is an update.
I sued this contractor & won the lawsuit. ***** ***** owes me $33,000. It has been 2 months & no effort has been made to set up payments.

While a few things went well, so much more went absolutely horrifyingly wrong. It makes me sick.
The owner was not organized, completely mismanaged the workers, & didn't make sure the job was done correctly which resulted in us losing over $4,000 in project costs, wasted materials, & missing items. A few examples:
1. The kitchen floor was not leveled after removing tile. However, the LVP (which must be installed on a level surface) was installed anyway. I cringe as it cracks at the seams anytime it's walked on. We will have to rip it, level the floor, and install new flooring. This is a huge expense especially after already paying a professional.
2. We came home early one day to find they had rummaged through our garage and were using our saws, air compressor, caulk guns & were looking to see if we had supplies they should have provided (caulk, adhesive).This should never happen!
3. We had to finish the job (& fix some work) after several items went missing (+ untimely communication back from the owner about it) so we asked them to not return. We were told some of the items would be replaced and we would be reimbursed for the work that wasn't completed. This still hasn't happened... instead we have gotten a lot of promises that were never fulfilled, & each time we reach out there are more excuses.
An example of some of the work we had to complete: grout the laundry room tile, install 20% of the quarter round, caulk 40% of baseboards/quarter round, paint all baseboards, remove & reinstall a toilet, reinstall thresholds (they were secured with caulk), clean up, move furniture back... and as mentioned already we have to replace the flooring in the kitchen that was installed incorrectly.
