            The install techs were not satisfied with the head unit and the way it was fastening to the install plate, so they went to the warehouse and brought back another. They also found a crack in the copper pipe and fixed that before pulling vacuum. They were both very nice and answered any and all questions I had.

            I am happy to highly recommendChaffee heat air and plumbing. As a senior citizen and a widow, it’s very important to me to have someone come into my home that I can trust. I’ve been using Chaffee for almost 10 years now and have been very happy with the service. They’re always prompt, honest and professional. I’m glad they added Plumbing to the service because now I have someone else that I can trust. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I will always use and call Chaffee and recommend them to all my friends.

            Very impressed with the servicemen at Chaffee. My wet ceiling turned out to be a pinhole leak in my copper water line. I made a call at about 9:00 a.m. Chris arrived at my place before noon. He was able to assess the problem and come up with a solution very quickly. Clearly, it was not his first day on the job. We had to wait a little bit for some parts to arrive, but once they did, the fix took only a few minutes. Eric and José came by and helped Chris finish the job. My water line was repaired by 2:30 p.m. I really appreciate the swift and courteous service. I thought the price was reasonable given the time and circumstances. I hope you guys all have a Merry Christmas.

            Chris, the plumber, came out from Chaffee to fix a leak on the hot water heater spigot. it took him about two minutes to fix it perfectly. He really knew what he was doing, and I am most appreciative.
