  I had a bad experience at the store today. So I posted this review. “ Went in today to use my points that I have spent over 400 dollars to obtain. When I went to use them I was told you have to make a purchase to use your points. I paid all the money getting them, but can’t use them unless I pay for them. Waste of time, definitely do not recommend.” Not long after they responded by basically saying I threw a fit in the store. Which is completely untrue. Also decided to state in the response about my credit card being declined 3 times. On two separate public forums. Trying to take away from their actions by embarrassing someone for their card being declined publicly. No where is it posted you have to make a purchase to use points. I have never been told that and they know it. They chose to do it and then the employe sau there is always tomorrow and we have some 2 for 1. Come back when I have money. My card was declined because they are unable to swipe, so have to manually enter it. My credit card company doesn’t allow that. So they feel it’s ok to shame for it. As well as deny me use of pints o have spent almost 400 dollars for.

As a regular customer we are happy you elected to participate in our rewards program, which you signed up for by agreeing to receive promotional messages from our store. The Hemp Connect rewards program allows participants to earn one point for every dollar spent in the store, and points can be redeemed for free products, coupons and special offers.
  
  We are happy you recently enjoyed the benefits of our rewards program by redeeming some of your points on a purchase last month and can acknowledge your frustration at not being able to use your points only a few days later without making a purchase. However, as stated in your agreement to receive promotional messages, “in order to redeem points, a minimum purchase of $1 must be made.”
  
  As we mentioned, we acknowledge your frustration with the situation but hope we can serve your needs in the future.

  they have nothing posted and this does not address the defamation in their public post about my finances. They do not disclose and had no right to post the info in public forums. This is a blow off response and nothing else
