            I booked a hotel room for two nights in September of 2023. I had 5 guests planning to attend this visit. On May 7th 2024 a grandparent of 3 of the members passed away and no longer could make the trip. I missed the free cancellation period but due to unexpected circumstances I wanted an exception and refund on the cancellation fee as the members had to travel out state. They needed that money to travel to the funeral out of state.

            Upon reviewing the complaint, I conducted an extensive search on the "guests" information provided, which was first name, last name, e-mail and potential stay dates. Upon doing this search, my system reflected no guest records under the name of ***** ****** telephone number of ************ or e-mail of *********************. In conclusion, with the details provided from letter correspondence from BBB and no record of the guest staying on property, we will not issue a refund to the guest as there is no record of this guest in our system.
