I am in the process of purchasing 2 properties with Loads of Land, LLC. And many more to come. My sister and niece also have purchased multiple properties with them and they are very pleased with how easy and affordable the properties are. I highly recommend them. They have great properties. The communication is great. Prices are affordable and transactions are extremely easy and fast. They would answer all of your questions quickly with no hesitations.

I have bought my 3rd property from them and all 3 transactions were extremely easy. Very transparent and answer all questions. Great value. Banks won't finance small purchases and if they do the interest rate is sky high. This is a real plus when buying from Loads of Land. I never would have been able to purchase these 3 properties otherwise. If more good deals come along I will probably buy more. Great peopleLoads Of Land, LLC Response
