This company racist I work for them they verbally abusive and mistreat black employees the even stole my money. Email bellow Hey Ronald The manual check that was mailed was your final hourly draw check. Final commission calculations take place after the full 181-day chargeback period has cleared on all tendered sales. Your last day with Cellular Sales was 1/14/2025 – six-months from that date is 7/14/2025. July commissions are received and processed in September. This means that your final commissions calculation cannot take place until September 2025 when we process July 2025 commissions. Anything positive left over after the chargeback period will be remitted to you with the 9/15/25 payroll via direct deposit. You can update your direct deposit information in PlanSource. Please email payrollVerizon Authorized Retailer - Cellular Sales Response

Do not order through Verizon, they scam you. Ordered 2 phones, 2 tab and internet. Bill was to be around $160.00 per month. 1st month$315.66, 2nd month $525.25, 3rd month $264.62. They are not transparent with their charges or plans. Thought internet was unlimited data. They said unlimited was not available in our area after we had went over the 300 GB within 9 days. Took internet box back (on 10th day), just like brand new in the box and told them it was not going to work for us. We were given a $18.69 refund for returning or stopping the internet. The manager of the store told us we could try it for a couple of weeks and that if it didn't work out we could return it. When returning it they told us that they now have the unlimited data in our area. We said no. The cellular sales manager called verizon and we were to call to get a return kit label. I called 3 weeks straight and each time was told they would send me a return label. To this day no label. I finally returned the box again and told them I had not gotten a return lable, I was not taking the box back home and that I wanted it taken off my bill. I was charged the full price for the returned box as an installment charge $399.00. They had nothing whatsoever to do with any installation at all. I did it myself. I'm still getting charges on my bill for this internet and had only had it hooked up for 10 days last November in 2024. I'm stuck in a three year contract but will leave this business as soon as possible. These stores are not BBB accredited. Do your homework but don't use Verizon.Review from Randall W

Verizon uses false advertisement, is dishonest, and does not keep commitments. They said "you may trade in ANY phone" when they should have said ANY SMART phone" in bold written advertisements. After spending over 8 hours talking to thier Phillipino service center, with no less than 8 dropped calls, which they only once called me back even though I asked them to call me back if the call was dropped on each call. They finally corrected my bill based on promises given to me to waive certain fees, and also give me inconvience credits, and I accepted the offer. Then just a few days later I got a bill for the original amount once again and I spent another half of a day(4+ hours) and 3 dropped calls with the Phillipino service center (I hate to call them a service center, because they gave me very poor service). They agreed to reduce the bill by the promised line fees, but refused to honor the inconveinence credit of $120. I would have gone back to T-Mobile in a heartbeat but we had allready got the 3 new phones and ported the lines over to Verizon. If anyone from Verizon reads this report and wants to see the report they can look at the case # ************** and give me a call to make this right. I have all phone logs, employee names, some employee numbers, to back up everything I have said. All cell carriers are notoriously bad, but Verizon is the absolute worse.Verizon Authorized Retailer - Cellular Sales Response

I was told I would get a 75 inch tv with my purchase of a samsung phone in early December 2024. I never received any information on this after the fact. I had to call multiple times for a hours a time. To finally tell me today that the person on the phone that completed my sale was wrong and I am denied for getting my tv. I have a had another issue with Verizon at the same time with their home internet, the plan i purchased included a wifi extender. It took me over two months to get it after many other phone calls ar hours at a time again. They then sent me the wrong device after months. I just finally got the correct one a couple days ago. I have been with them for over 13 years and this is the worst experience I have ever received.Verizon Authorized Retailer - Cellular Sales Response

I have been a customer for more than 20 years! When we upgraded in September we were promised a senior citizen discount of $20 per month. I have filed with Verizon customer service more than 5 times. No response! The upgrade was done in Portsmouth NH. This is not right. Can I make a complaint to BBB?Verizon Authorized Retailer - Cellular Sales Response

In August of 2020, I changed my business cell phone accounts to Verizon. It took a total of 4 days to complete this due to the untrained staff and the incompetence of the management team. I was told my bill would be $180.00 per month. Since that date, I have been charged over $600 a month and forced to pay this bill as they promised to remedy this issue. Last month, I was informed by a staff member at the Lawton, Oklahoma location that my account had 4 unauthorized devices attached to it, including two brand new Samsung tablets and two brand new iPhone 16s. I did not authorize any of those products that were stolen from the store and added to my account. I was told the previous manager had done this and was fired for his criminal acts. I was told my another manager he would correct this issue after his many apologies. He did not correct anything. Today, all of my business phones were disconnected and I was told there was nothing anything could do unless I paid $1068.00 to get the service restored. The management stated once I had the service restored, they would attempt to resolve my billing issues. I refused to pay yet another bill that I did not incur. I was forced to go purchase another phone and lose my cell phone number I have had for over 25 years. I have attempted month after month to work with this horrific company who refuses to correct their own serious internal management issues. I highly recommend those reading this do not use this company for any phone service, especially business owners. This location should be shut down and a criminal investigation should take place. They take great pleasure in scamming their customers even though I have a written transcript with them admitted it was their problem, apologizing and agreeing to change my bill to the $180 per month. I will be contacting our local authorities and legal counsel to settle this breach of contract in a court of law.Verizon Authorized Retailer - Cellular Sales Response

The company scams its customers I was charged a $45“phone set up fee” on each of the 5 devices that I purchased. 1 of the phones was set up in the store (which I said I’d do at home and the agent said we can just do it right here without mentioning there would be a charge for that service), the other 4 boxes were never opened (3 were mailed by the store to my sisters house, 1 came home with me). I checked multiple times before charging my card with the agent to make sure I knew what I was being charged for. He said “regular sales tax and fees.” We looked at the contract on a small pin pad screen and he said “this is everything we already covered” as he scrolled it down to the bottom and then said sign here. I asked for a print out of the receipt and saw all of these extra charges for services I never received. They would not refund me the extra $225 that they charged me. I imagine this is how the agent gets paid. It is completely taking advantage of the customer. This was it disclosed to me and I can imagine many people have experienced the same thing and didn’t even know it.Verizon Authorized Retailer - Cellular Sales Response
