    I had them replace my bearings. I picked my car up at closing. Got to the light my abs light came on. My break was grinding. They forgot to put my break on my driver's side. I had to drive home like that because they were closed. Next morning I'm at the shop before they opened. They had replace the entire thing it had broken the new parts. Never did they fix my rotor. I came back a week later cause my breaks kept grinding. Manager says your breaks crystal. Changed my breaks only to be back a week later same thing. Changed breaks 4 times. My breaks are being ate up by the grinding. I asked him to go over what they fixed when they did the bearings. He refused. So Im going to another car shop n have it fixed and take quick o muffler to court.

    I have a 2013 Nissan Sentra in which the check engine light came on. Since I am a new resident in Knoxville I do not know of any local and reputable car repair shops in the area. After asking around, I was referred to Quick-O Muffler which is located at 3825 E. Magnolia Avenue, Knoxville, TN. On March 26, 2022, I took my vehicle to Quick-O Muffler. After a diagnostics test was completed, I was told that I had a faulty Mass Air Flow Sensor which was causing the check engine light to come on. I was charged $218.50. A few days later, my vehicle's check engine light came on again. I contacted Quick-O Muffler regarding the check engine light, and I was told to bring my vehicle back in for them to conduct another inspection. After the inspection, I was told that it was another sensor that was causing the engine light to come on and they could not fix it and therefore suggested that I take my vehicle to another repair shop. About two weeks later, I was able to take my vehicle to Rusty Wallace Nissan. After a diagnostics test was completed, I was shocked to discover that not only was another Mass Air Flow Sensor needed replacement but also a PCV valve which subsequently cost me an additional $669.40. To date, the check engine light has not come back on. I am an Americorps member who moved to Tennessee from North Carolina. My salary is very limited as well as I am on a tight budget. I feel that I paid for a service that was not completed and/or if completed, it was not done correctly. Additionally, I also feel that Quick-O Muffler did not take any steps towards attempting to resolve the issue in a professional manner after the issue was brought to their attention.
