            I asked for red polish and black around it..The uploaded image is what I showed the nail tech. He ended up grabbing a spray type.nail.gun and proceeded to sloppily spray all over my finger. It not only was very watery but color wasn't coming out right so he said it wasn't going to work. I usually just have people.paint it on not sure what he was attempting by using what he tried using. I said fine and asked him to clean my skin on and entire finger that he sprayed. I asked him if he knew how to do French and he said yes....the outcome is in the other photo attached. No pink was added and you could see my natural nail through the acrylic. I told him that's not what I asked for and wasn't happy with it. I went to pay and surprised it was $71.50.. I didn't tip and felt like I was incorrectly charged. I go to look at my bank statement and someone took it upon themselves to add $10 more to my card and charged me $81.50.. I am not sure if they added $10 to the original bill but it was without my authorization. I for sure want that refunded to me.

            My daughter, who is a minor, made an appt for a basic pedicure at this business. She was taken advantage of and charged $80 for her pedicure. They also painted her boyfriends toenails pink and purple gel. And did not take it off. The two of them thought the nail technician was joking. I called the business to talk with manager and he assured me he would call me back yesterday. Never heard from him. This is the worst business. I will never trust them again. And I think they should be punished for taking advantage of a minor.
