    I agreed to a demo for a Rainbow Vacuum. Jolene came for a demo with me, my husband, and daughter and the couple that asked us to do the demo. I liked the machine but didn't have the time for the program so Jolene offered a NEW machine but the previous model for almost 1/2 the cost. ******* including mop attachments. I asked if it was refurbished and she assured us it was brand new. Fast forward almost 3 weeks with excuses fior delivery delays. Her manager Hayden shows up with refurbished machine and I try to deny delivery and request a refund. He calls me a liar and leaves it in my carport even though Jolene confirms she sold me a new machine. The office/Brittany says I can't have a refund because I've had it too long even though Hayden is still in my driveway. This is a bait and switch scam. I was told the finance manager is the only one that can help but she will not contact me. I've emailed everyone including Rexair and someone name Andrea ****** said she would contact me when she was in the office but that was over a week ago. I would have never purchased a refurbished vacuum and mop for 2*******

    I just received notice by mail today 12/22/2023 of this complaint. 

    Our company is aware of this issue with Holly ******** We did offer her a previous model at a discounted rate. That was delivered to her and when she complained about the model being refurbished and not "brand new" We explained to her it was the previous model Rainbow and was refurbished and in like new condition. Our Office Manager Brittany even went as far as driving to her home on 11/17/2023 and spent 45 minutes explaining everything to her and gave her a $300 cash refund as well as a Mop attachment for the miscommunication and troubles she had to experience.  When Ms. ******* had trouble with the mop, Brittany then met her at her work place at her request and replaced it with a new hose. It is always our goal to provide excellent customer service and insure that our customers are happy with their product as well as their experience with Rainbow. We were under the impression that she was satisfied with the Rainbow and the end result as this refund and attachment delivery took place well before this complaint was made. I have no idea who Andrea ****** is, However Ms. ******* can contact our Home Office and speak directly with our Finance Manager at 706-850-1067.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I was told it was a brand NEW machine and asked for a refund while the unprofessional "sales manager" was dropping it off. I asked the office manager why I couldn't get a refund as soon as she walkedin the door.,  she said she would have the mysterious unnamed finance manager call me. IThe sales manager should have took the machine back and issued a refund and the whole situation would have been resolved. 

    I realize I've been scammed and tired of fighting it. I'll be sure to let everyone know how you do business
