            Ive called Mighty Metal Roofing twice to fix my roof. First time *** called, got my information and said h*** call me back. After two weeks, I called back and spoke to a customer service representative who reassured me the problem will not happen again and advised me I would receive a call within 24 hours. That was THREE weeks ago. Ive since called another company which handled ******* within a week.

            My records indicate the request is located outside of our current service area and we are currently not able to service the area due to shortages and we do not have a MS ******** *** did explain to the customer that it was outside of our area. We can not control her dissatisfaction from not being licensed in her area.
