There are two separate instances that occurred on 3/28 and 4/1. With regards to my debit card with Wilson Bank. Two charges came across on my debit card that there was not enough money in the account where it should have been denied plain and simple. Wilson Bank pays it and then hits me w/a insufficient balance and an overdraft fee. I am under NO agreement with the bank for them to guarantee charges when there's not enough money in my account. Ive been a customer in excellent standing for over*** years and disgruntled by their lack of professionalism I'm receiving from my Bank. My acct was set up directly that if there are no money in the phones or my account then anything that comes across through my debit card is to be denied and they didn't honor this policy. And it comes down to simple basic mathematics. The bank tells me if you're under a reoccurring debit then they must pay it and that is wrong and it's also illegal because I'm under no agreement like an**** or anything of that matter. I am not to be a debtor to my bank heard anything regarding my account that if there's no money in there then that means I want the charge to be denied for reasons that are none of the bank's **** business and it's mine if I'm having issues or problems what's the business that's trying to collector fee using my debit card when they don't have a right to do it. It would be different if it was set up as a**** checking but it's not. This is never been a problem until now and I've had accounts before we're people will take my debit card and then use it at will and whenever my funds have not been in the account then it's automatically denied not paid for and then me be issued an overdraft fee like a bad check and a negative balance all dealing with a debit card not a personal check. They have a ruined my credibility and my ability to safeguard my accounts and perpetuating issues from unscrupulous acts for businesses that no better to do such things. I want this rectified immediately

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/04/20) */ RE: Case # XXXXXXXX *** ******* I am the General Counsel for Wilson Bank & Trust (the "Bank"). Thank you for your recent email correspondence, dated April 6, 2022, that attached the above-referenced complaint filed by the Bank's customer ("Customer") with the ****** ******** ****** ** ****** *********, Inc. ("***"). The Bank has reviewed the complaint that was brought forward by the Customer and I have since spoken with the Customer personally. While the Bank respectfully disagrees with the Customer's recital ** the banking transactions in question and attests to having properly followed its policies under the circumstances, it is my understanding that that matters under dispute by the Customer and any other concerns have been resolved to the Customer's satisfaction. Based on all the above, the Bank requests that the *** remove the Customer's complaint or, otherwise, take whatever customary steps are appropriate for complaints that have been resolved. Please give me a call if you have any questions. Thank you. Sincerely, ***** ******** SVP-General Counsel
