    2000 characters is not enough to list every issue we have had at this location. Today my wife ordered a cheeseburger toaster without onions, but wanted the onion ring, it came out without any meat or cheese, they then bring her the meat and cheese to build her own sandwich, my cheeseburger bun was soggy, and the meat might have been Luke warm from the heat lamp, both of our cheese sticks were barely warm, and they didnt give us marinara sauce. She had to call them back out 3 or 4 times for the mistakes. Another occasion I was placing an order, and the store manager was the one taking the order, and I was getting frustrated because she kept messing up the order, so she got an attitude and I got one back, she then proceeded to tell me she didn't have to serve me, and I could take my business elsewhere, and I did for over 2 years. On another occasion I ordered a cheeseburger combo without onions, and they loaded it to the max, and set me off. I feel like a lot of the ignorance isn't accidental, and is more intentional. On another occasion I ordered a breakfast toaster with sausage. The sausage was cold, the cheese was cold, like straight from the fridge, and the egg was dry and crispy like it had set there over night. I have nothing to say to the power tripping manager at this location. I'd be ok talking to the owner of the franchise or someone in corporate to try to figure out a solution to the whole problem. I understand workers are hard to find, but these people are just there for a check, and will eventually cause this location to fold. Management is in over her head apparently and shouldn't be running a doggy daycare with her attitude and disrespect towards customers. This is just the tip of the iceberg with this location and so far this is the worst I've ever eaten at, and I have eaten all over the Eastern part of the u.s. it's not fixable, just close the doors please. Also check the Google reviews, it's not just me that feels this way.

    I am sorry to hear about the situation the customer has ran into the past at are Sonic Location ***** Lenoir City.

    I would like to inform you that the said manager has been release of there Duty a while back. The location is also now a Sonic Corp. owned location and under new management.

    I would also like to say that we had scored 96 on are health inspection.

    If management has been replaced a while back, then maybe the problem I'd employees, but regardless I have contacted corporate numerous times to no avail, so I had to go a step further. When the complaint was filed, it was the same day we had the experience. This is an on going, to this day, issue. You cannot hire a new manager and think that will fix the issue. Someone who does a better job needs to oversee the resolution to this problem or you'll be firing another manager that may be a better fit but has horrible employees. However the last manager was an absolute failure with her attitude and hypocrisy. I for one am glad she's been terminated. You need to send an undercover person into this business daily to get food, and report back, and have another person act as a health code officer, because I know first hand that they get a heads up when they're coming to do the inspection so yeah I'm sure they did get a better score than if they had gotten a surprise inspection.
