  I took my car into ****** on Tuesday the 2ed.may to get only two things done left my car for the service, I called the next day to see how much longer before I can pick it up, I was told that they were waiting on the part to come in, in the beginning I express how important to have my car.called back Friday was told it would be ready called back Saturday and was told they had just on my car, at that point I told them to put my car back together and I will be out to pick it up, they had already kept my car from Tuesday till Saturday and nothing was done I left . When I got home I call the headquarters to let them know what had happened they contacted the location and let them know I had called, the following week on Tues because I noticed that they had not put my dashboard back the way it was. They can out to look at the issue and walk away ,and as he was walking away from me he turned and said to me that I need to get a new car, I think then and now that ,that statement was uncalled for and he never came back to fix my problem,as I as the guy that was working with him where he was he said that he didn't know, but as I tilted my head I saw the guy that was to fix my car stoop down in front of another car, I was very upset because he didn't want to fix what he had done. The two things that I wanted to be done was actuator for the air conditioning and the right rear window motor replaced, according to the time spent to fix it is 5-to-6hours. I lost work and money there was no communication from them to me and I have phone records to prove it,no money was exchange, al I wanted was for them to fix my car back the way that it was. Any help in clearing this matter wi be appreciated. Thank you.

  ************** came into this center complaining of issues with his vents for heat and ac not blowing properly. The issue was diagnosed as a blend door actuator issue, his vehicle had 2 that failed.

  What this customer has failed to mention to both the BBB and Meineke ***************** is that he was under the impression that and extended car care warranty he purchased would be responsible

  for paying for these repairs. He has also failed to mention that he nor I could get any response from this warranty company. We called daily in order to start the claim, only to follow prompts that would not 

  lead to any customer service or claims agents for that company. This went on for several days with myself being in full contact with ************** the entire week. The bottom line is very simple, we did all we could

  to initiate a claim for his needed repairs, he was totally aware of this. On that Friday afternoon, ************** called me and authorized the repair making him responsible for the repair cost. At this same time he called

  Meineke Corp. 30 mins after he authorized the repair to file a complaint against this center, making totally false claims against this location. His intent was to file a complaint, and get the repair basically free. 

  Once Meinekes area manager contacted this center that Saturday, we were in the middle of the repair. ************** showed up at the center expecting the repairs to be completed at no charge, however based on the complaint that

  he started, we immediately, reassembled his vehicle and did not perform the repair to his disgust. His case with Meineke has been closed, so this seems to be his next approach.
